sage07 March 8, 2021 March 8, 2021 Keir's not sentient yet, but I was wondering if I should talk out loud, talk aloud and visualise them, talk internally, etc? I guess, I just want to know what works best. My tulpa, Keir, will use this colour if they come online later on.

I like when I can (rarely) talk to them out loud, however most of our time is spent in mindvoice. When I started I would just visualize a picture of them I had, and send things like thought or taste using symbolism. Now we talk and whenever I focus on them (pay attention to my minds eye) I see them just fine moving their forms mouth as we talk about things. tldr; there is no "best" way. Don't worry about visualizing them 24/7, it can help for you to focus on them though. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable! Edited March 8, 2021 by Gloomynoon Fixed missing sentence
