We’ve been doing better between yesterday and today, although yesterday morning Matt struggled super hard when he first woke up. He had been feeling a little under the weather about a week or so ago, and each morning he scans his body perhaps too intensely to measure whether or not he’s well again. If something feels off or he’s low energy he starts spiraling again (a lot of this stress is due to covid being around), and he values his good health. I tried to distract him as best I could, but the only thing that really helped was him taking us to the beach. We had an amazing time and the anxiety just melted right off. I really believe most of what he’s feeling is directly caused by the stress which then further compounds it.  But he’s feeling good now as I’m writing this! Thanks for your replies! We hope you all are well also.
