hexxedchiild January 27, 2022 January 27, 2022 (edited) hi :( I think I’ve mentioned before but I’m bipolar. For about,, I’m not sure, I started skipping taking my meds and had the worst depressive episode ever. I don’t think I’ve talked to Evan for two weeks. It was so early in his development and I think I’ve messed up, how do I keep going? Edited January 28, 2022 by Ranger Title changed to be more specific 💫 hi ! my name is Kiki I am an adult and transgender (non binary). I use they them pronouns and I am autistic :0 ask me about fnaf, I could talk for hours about fnaf. I have a Tulpa named Evan, he writes in this color! I have a Tulpa named Vewn, she writes in this color!
TurboSimmie January 27, 2022 January 27, 2022 Please, please don't stop taking your meds or change your dose until you talk to your doctor! It can actually be dangerous depending on the medicine! Honey, you've got to get that sorted out before you can worry about tulpamancy. When you are ready to reach out to Evan he will most likely respond to you, though it may take a little coaxing at first. But I know from personal experience that it's a lot easier to reach out to your host when there's a higher level of mental stability. Messing around with the biochemistry of the brain creates instability, which is bad for health and tulpamancy alike. Just please be careful! I’m having an appointment with my doctor soon so I hope I can fix this. I feel bad for ignoring him for so long, but I’ll try and reach out once I am done with my class work (I may even just talk to him while I do my homework, who knows!) 💫 hi ! my name is Kiki I am an adult and transgender (non binary). Seconded. When she's emotionally on the fritz it's real hard to connect. +1 to everything Simmie said.^^ Doc (she/her) = Host Franklyn (he/him) = Tulpa
A&Madeus January 28, 2022 January 28, 2022 I agree that you should sort out your mental health problems first and skipping your medication treatment is a very bad idea. For me it is also much harder to reach my host M. when he has a bad mood and your situation sounds much worse. I think it will be really hard for you to have any kind of reliable connection with Evan if you are stressed or sad, let alone both at once. I also think that you should not be afraid about Evan, I believe that we tulpas are much stronger than our hosts think of us and won't just disappear easily. Just keep Evan in your thoughts, I mean just remember that he exists and he is there. Think of him once in a while. And when you are ready, (even if takes a while) start speaking with him again. I hope you'll get better. Please take care of yourself. I am M, a host. I live with Alice. She writes in red.
