relationship to our body.

None of my tulpas really care. It's not just my body, it's OUR body. Plus some of them aren't humans so it may seem a lil weird to them sometimes, but overall, they couldn't care less about anything that goes on with my body, so long as I'm fairly healthy and not hurting or anything.

whether it’s frustrating to be a tulpa, to be chained basically to one friend for life

Our host has felt like this, and has felt as though making us wasn't a great idea sometimes, because then we'd be together forever. But really, we all want that. Lyceon is a lovely person, if a bit...a lot...chaotic and weird a lot of the time. We're like a big, weird family, and nothing can change that, whether Lyceon second-guesses themself or not. Seconded! :D And if we ever need a break from them, or from anyone in the head, we can just go into our own little places and take a break.

We're bound together by each doing a great service to one another and willingness to do it again. It's like any other close relationship in that way.

This is really beautiful! <3

Lyceon (host) (they/he/xe/xe/cat/catself/it)

Currently most active tulpa: Ariya (she/her)

I have more tulpas, but I don't want to make a big list lol

Thank you for that. That's very reassuring. I don't think Lavender has her own little place to go into. I've suggested making a wonderland for her (though I confess I don't exactly know how but I'm sure we could figure it out.) She hasn't loved the idea. I think she'd rather be "looking over my shoulder" in whatever way a tulpa does, than frolicking in some land of make believe. She tells me her experience when we're not interacting is that of being present with me while I live my life. I'm sure we'll revisit the idea at some point in the future if she really starts to get annoyed at being with me 24/7.

((I feel the same way. A wonderland doesn't have to be a place to send your tulpa away, though. It's a mental location you can use for any purpose. We exclusively use ours for spending time together.

It helps spice up the mundanity of daily life. Our physical body might be on a treadmill in a gym, but mentally we're jogging a scenic mountain trail. Things like that. The only limit is your imagination.))

This account is mostly used by Bee 🐝, host of Calliope 🐲, @Lenore 🕸️, and @Athelas (aka Tea) 🌿 ((We type like this.))

I love this idea. Lavender does too. We're totally going to try this. Thank you.
