When you can say to opinion  of other , this is  a rational opinion ??

 

I mean how  u define  rational  & what is basic  standards  of it , inside u ? 

 

Exactly  when the other talk & u feel this is a rational sensation  to it  .

I'd say it's when you can clearly articulate how you came to be of that opinion and your explanation makes sense and doesn't leave anything out.
