Impact of DID on a Tulpa System

Anyone else here also have DID/OSDD?

 

I am Ezri.  Our system very recently has experienced what we call a 'reset'. 

 

I found myself at the front, Jess was blended with me to help my memory so I could function with outside world stuff but I still felt initally confused.  Lena disappeared from the front, Jess found her inside with Lily and though Lena doesn't have memory loss (she's a Tulpa), Lily ('version of me' alter) does. 

 

I have reconnected with Lena (so we can telepathically message each other even though she's inside) but my other 'past version of me' hosts are still confused and have also experienced memory problems.

 

Lena rather than blending with them, decided to go round carefully questioning them first to see how much they remembered rather than flooding them with memories by blending with each one.  (like Jess did with me!). Lena thinks Jess did the right thing for me though as I was the one 'outside 'and needed all memories on how to function back quicker than the one's inside do....incase someone contacted us etc I needed to know who they were and who I was in relation to them.  

 

Creates a unique set of issues I think (being DID/OSDD plus having Tulpas) as although its often sometimes much easier for us to create Tulpa because we're already  plural from a young age, it can also causes system-wide issues like this that can be challenging.  Still I think in this instance having Tulpa's too have been a great asset, because they remained unaffected by the memory issues they have been able to restore enough memory for me (Host) to be able to still function almost immediately by blending with me and taking over temporary control of the body until I was aware enough to take control again.

It's a bit interesting to say because of how it impacts Tulpa systems and whatnot, I myself am a host of a lot of Tulpas that I've been working with for awhile now.

Never knew you could get resetted randomally.

I also have both ADHD and ASD/Autism.

I've dealt with my fair share of whacky and truely mystical tulpa shennanigans throughout the years of being a Tulpamancer, Furry, ect.

We have found DID boards do not like the mention of Tulpa's but our Tulpa's are distinctly different and not versions of me at all they were 'intentionally created' based on people (and pets) we had lost and loved.

 

Even some of our alters wished to be regarded as Tulpa's instead ..eg our youngest little was upset when she realised us being alters meant something bad was done to us (though none of us have memories before age 7) and because for most people with DID it was their parents that been abuser our alters felt it insulted the memory of our Tulpa Lena.

 

After the reset though our youngest little is now even younger and has been reset to age before she understood, she has no understanding of the outside world or that her 'inside family' are all Tulpa's created to keep her company.  Lena is happy inside 'playing mummy'. her partner Keni and her son are Tulpa's created from scratch by her, although Lena and Jess are seen as walk-in spirit's who I just created 'wonderland bodies' for so they can stay.

 

I also have Autism, not sure about ADHD was never diagnosed with that as was dx at a time you couldn't have both! ...and it was still seen as rare in females...though I definitely have symptoms and do wonder if its AuDHD, either that or it was PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) where obsession with fantasy worlds is also a symptom from very early on, but was also not recognised at the time of my diagnosis.

 

I think if the host at the time (wasn't me back then) had mentioned the others inside at the time of diagnosis we might have got dx with schizophrenia instead as I doubt they would have considered or known about DID either.
