Tulpas/Ruhanis/Khadams

We've never heard of any connection to that directly, but connecting tulpas to mysticism is pretty simple and any religion can also be connected to mysticism, then there is overlap with mysticism. On this site in particular they're looking for at best scientific mysticism: something is done and something happens as a result, then try to repeat it. Our guides in the guides section are way to facilitate that scientific tradition,  and most tend to be similar. Unfortunately the art of tulpamancy is somewhat illusive and success is rarish, on top of that tulpa infant mortality in the first year is very high.

If they have it in their tradition, I wouldn't know, and we haven't read it mentioned here before or even in the community.

The ideas of Tulpa's are said to come from Buddhism originally, though I doubt what people in the western world see as a Tulpa is exactly what the Buddhists originally had in mind!

Though any kind of god could be seen as a Tulpa as no-one alive today has ever seen 'their god' in person but yet each have a different perception of who their god is to them and the idea of them is created from their mind.

The only difference these days are Tulpa's are more likely to be based on characters from film or books or a persons idealised image of a friend or partner.

This. Whatever religion frames it as has no bearing on what it is. That goes for any depiction of it in general.

If I were to say “dog” in 50 languages, the meaning would still loosely mean the same thing between all of them.

D-prime is shrinking as we speak.

regardless my first Tulpa was created many many years ago (pre-internet) before I even knew the term Tulpa, existed!  you don't need to understand what they are to be able to create them, even by accident.
