Unintentional head mates/semi-involentart switching?

we found having some believe they were Tulpa’s that lived in an amazing wonderland helped with younger alters keeping them inside and stoppping unintentional switching. 

 

It probably helps that our outside life is non-existant due to us being housebound and getting alot of pain, screeching Tinnitus and fatigue levels to deal with so inside is much more preferable as they are shielded from it in the ‘Holodecks’. The littles inside have Hyperphantasia so there’s no limits to what they can imagine. The external body is very limited physically so they know their dreams will never happen in the external world…some have created their own tulpa companions to live with inside.

 

so I don't get lonely and overwhelmed on my own out here some take turns to come and keep me company, some take over for a short while to give me a complete break from the front when I need it.
