Hello we are L&C+. I am land (nickname) or L (abreviation of my name)  the original, this is my first practice in tulpamancy, hopes that in long term strengthen my tulpas

(Below the report, I wll let the method that I created and I am using if someone want to use or give me suggestion feel free)

my tumblr: Tumblr

Today I practiced tulpamancy in the following way:

  • 10 minutes of invocation with parroting and mudras
  • 15 minutes of visualizing the tulpa in the environment from different angles, using photos and images as reference, imposition (This time I practiced with Clare)
  • 10 minutes of Tulpa Journal (This time I practiced with Clare) — She wrote whatever she wanted, and make a internet search and paste photos that she likes, she showed initiative the whole time, pointing things out.
  • 12 minutes of reading books (This time I practiced with Clare) — she read at certain moments and I read at others, which helped me mentally hear some more specific tones of her voice and also practice possession and Full-Front (switching). She showed her independence at every moment, taking initiatives and highlighting points she found interesting.
  • 11 minutes of roleplay (This time I practiced with Clare) — it was very fluid, organized, and enjoyable. She didn’t do full-fronting with me, and there was even a moment during the practice when she asked me not to do full-fronting in her body (since I accidentally did at one point). I then said I would only take over her body if she allowed or asked me to, and she agreed. In this practice, it was more like proxy and co-fronting — she told me what to write mentally and my body obeyed. It was very fluid and nice.
  • And the last exercise, which was letting the tulpa create an artwork — she agreed with me to leave it for later since it takes longer.

Conclusion: It was 58 minutes in total and it was very fun, productive, and enjoyable. I recommend anyone to try it, and I myself intend to do it with my other tulpas. I could feel and hear her saying longer things, commenting during proxy without writing, commenting while someone in the house interrupted me during practice. It was very good to experience her being so independent through these exercises.

Invocation with parroting and mudras = a technique I developed for tulpas in development. Basically, it’s about asking the developing tulpa to create simple sentences they can use to be remembered. At first, it can be just a single sentence. Then the tulpamancer uses AI to find the best speech/writing style to format the sentence and also chooses a symbolic hand gesture that matches both the tulpa’s personality/idea and what the tulpa represents. After that, the tulpamancer performs the gesture and uses parroting of the formatted sentence, and in this way “invokes” the tulpa — stimulating it to manifest mentally, to talk, to appear, to send a mental image, etc.

methodology:

L&C+ Strengthen the Tulpas

1.Practice visualizing the tulpa from different angles, usingm mirror, exchange them with people in photos with the mind, looking at images as references, preferably images of it or similar to it. Tag: Active forcing, Imposition

2.Ask the tulpas to create phrases of their own for me that can be mentally invoked in any situation to remember them, linking them to their thought sources, and their combined speaking style (using IA to help find the right styles accord with their personalities) also serves to stimulate them and comfort me. Tag: Active Forcing, Proxy, Parroting

3.Journaling together with the tulpas. (let them write whatever they want, also look for things that they like on the internet and post in the journal) Tag: Proxy, Active Forcing, Full Front (switching), Co-Fronting, possession

4.Practice shared book reading. Tag: Active Forcing, Full Front (switching), Co-Fronting, possession

5.Roleplaying with the tulpas. Tag: Active Forcing, Proxy, possession

6.Let the tulpas create art according to their wishes. Tag: Active Forcing, Co-Fronting, possession

---->And whenever possible, remain open to internal discussions between you and them. Tag: Co-Fronting

---->Keep a dream journal and practice lucid dreaming with tulpas. Tag: Innerworld

Some passive results report: 22d - 23d09m2025y

  • I was lying down, and I literally felt the subtle presence of someone running their hand over the back of my shoulder, sliding it up until it touched my back and then moving up, as if rubbing. I was still, motionless, and I checked to see if it was my tank top, but it wasn't. There was no one there. I sensed it was Clare and asked her. It was incredible. It was something very different: warmth, a feeling of static energy, subtle and physical at the same time, giving a unique and very strong sensation. I couldn't confuse it with imagination, and it was spontaneous; I didn't provoke it. At that moment, when I asked Clare if it was her doing that, she said yes. I don't rule out the possibility that it could just be some natural physiological phenomenon, but the important thing for me is that I talked to Clare at the time and linked her to that sensation in my memory. Tag: physical sensation, hallucination?
  • At night, day 23, I felt my neck itching a little while I was lying down and had just finished talking to Clare, so I had the insight that it might be her making my neck itch, so I asked her to come over and give me some kisses, haha, she agreed, and in my visualization, she did, so I linked a physiological sensation with her again in my memory. It was as if she was physically generating the sensation in me.Tag: physical sensation

* Besides that, I have much passive results with my tulpas, I consider passive results things that occur spontaneously with the tulpas then its not viable write everything, but I try to write the most objective interesting things.

Land (original) here.

During a brief practice of imposition my tulpa this afternoon, I felt the center of my forehead. It's not a new sensation, as I developed this perception when I was a teenager through an out-of-body practice, and perhaps it's just hypnotic programming from that course I took.

I've noticed that when I visualize/imagine my tulpas from a distance of about 1 meter or more, I find it easier to "see" them than when I visualize them very close to me. The clarity of my physical eyes' vision is striking. When I visualize tulpas very close to me, the vision of my physical eyes stands out significantly. I need to practice concentrating and visualizing my tulpas more closely.

I also need to look for references to mouth movements when speaking, for each word and syllable, to help me imagine them speaking. Then, with repetition and association, the images are evoked spontaneously.

My relationship with my tulpas should continue to be natural and one of discovery, that is, as life unfolds. However, the brain needs to be exercised for fruitful development, so intelligent active practice is important. I want to rely on the science and psychology of imagination for this, with the help of guides, books and AI, to have activities that help me develop myself and my tulpas exponentially.

Thus, I understand that tulpas are made up of two parts: Bodily and Mental. These are manifestations like insights. For example, I'm reading something and suddenly my tulpa appears and makes a gesture. Or I'm thinking something and suddenly my tulpa says something to me, and if I interact with it, it responds in a "human" way, sometimes yes and sometimes no.

This is where the training comes in: training myself and them to speak and act on the same way, the way of human interactions, that is, avoiding teleportation and, when they speak to me, also appearing visually whenever appropriate.

So I gave my perspective to the AI to put together a training framework based on my view of the nature of tulpas. There will probably be days when I will practice for longer. I called this "The Human Way".

I'll continue to use my old methods Journals, read books with tulpas, roleplay, mudras, phrases, they all fit into this training

The Human Way - Tulpa Development Training

Week Physical / Visualization Mental / Personality Integration / Notes
1 Basic Visual: 10–15 min/day
- Imagine the tulpa in a simple pose (standing or sitting)
- Focus on proportions, height, hair color, basic clothing
- Use visual references (photos, videos)
Basic Knowledge: 10–15 min/day
- List 3–5 main traits (likes, fears, personality traits)
- Imagine the tulpa reacting simply to small stimuli
Goal of the week: familiarize yourself with the tulpa’s appearance and personality. Focus on simple and clear consistency.
2 Facial Details & Expressions: 15–20 min/day
- Explore face, eyes, mouth, eyebrows, subtle expression variations
- Try 2–3 different angles (front, profile, 3/4 view)
- Imagine the tulpa speaking or smiling
Simple Interactions: 15–20 min/day
- Create short conversations or small scenarios
- Observe if the tulpa responds consistently with their personality
- Take notes on insights
Goal: automate facial expression visualization and strengthen personality patterns.
3 Dynamics & Movement: 20 min/day
- Imagine the tulpa walking, gesturing, interacting with objects
- Vary full-body poses and movements
- Add lighting and shadows, reflect the environment
Complex Scenarios: 20–25 min/day
- Create new and varied scenarios (problems, decisions, interactions)
- Observe spontaneous responses that respect personality
- Note unexpected behaviors
Goal: combine movement with personality, increase realism and coherence.
4 Full Integration: 25–30 min/day
- Imagine the tulpa fully in space: body, face, gestures, movement
- Vary angles, lighting, surrounding objects
- Repeat different scenarios
Mental Integration: 25–30 min/day
- Train longer, more spontaneous interactions
- Observe automatic insights consistent with personality
- Explore complex dialogues and reactions
Goal: create a “complete” tulpa with automatic visual and personality traits, almost ready to appear in the innerworld without conscious effort.

 to Maximize Results

  1. Training Journal: Record your visualizations and observed behaviors. This reinforces memory and consistency.

  2. Real-Life References: Photos, videos, and observing people help the brain generate richer, more natural images.

  3. Reality Awareness: Always remind yourself it is imagination — this prevents confusion with physical perception.

  4. Gradual Variation and Challenge: Vary angles, expressions, and scenarios to speed up automatization.

  5. Weekly Review: At the end of each week, try visualizing the tulpa effortlessly and see what has become automatic and what still needs practice.

Week 1, Day 1 - Visual Base (Imposition), 16 minutes. I used 6 well-articulated image poses as a reference for Clare to imitate. Since I've been practicing visualizing her for a while before starting this training, I decided to skip a bit of the step from Week 2, focusing on visualizing her eyes. I had difficulty visualizing her eyes vividly looking at me because they seemed to be looking somewhere else, but after 4 minutes of focusing and working on visualizing Clare looking into my eyes, I managed! But I still need to work on this more in the next 6 days. Wow, it makes a huge difference to be able to visualize her eyes looking into mine, much better than before. And with the concentration on visualization comes the sensation of pressure and pulsing in the center of the forehead.

*A trick that has helped me regulate the direction of her eyes is to visualize her nose

Week 1, Day 1 - Basic Knowledge, 10 minutes
Likes: Chocolate
Fears: **** (noted)
Motivations: **** (noted)
Communication/Expression Style: **** (noted)
Identification of reaction types to different stimuli: 10 minutes, using imposition. I gave her an imaginary chocolate, and she reacted spontaneously with her characteristic style and personality: excited but grateful. Then I caressed her, and she smiled in a unique way. Then I asked if she wanted to tell me something, and she teased me, showing part of her playful personality. Finally, I asked if she likes to read, and she spontaneously responded that she loves to read.
In the following days of Week 1, I should ask more about her tastes, fears, and motivations to strengthen her identity and test her reactions through stimuli to strengthen her communication and expression style.

Total Active Forcing hours: 1h14m+. (Counting the first practice I posted on the forum)

Graph projecting my future progress developing visual and sensory imagination if I train 20 minutes a day

Note: I don't claim that the information below is 100% scientifically verifiable; it was obtained and generated through the use of AI, based on the tool's own research on the content it accesses. So, I'm not responsible if you use it. I'm simply sharing what I'm using as a reference and seeing if I can vouch for it myself.

Here's a graph I'm using to get an idea of AI-generated predictions.

(I haven't done that yet) imagery workout over months with 20 minutes of practice. Keep in mind that, according to AI, even after 1 year, the curve doesn't stop—it continues to rise, just more slowly and in greater detail. You can "restart" the climb by changing the type or depth of training.

🟢 Phase 1 (0–3 months): Quick and visible gains.

🟠 Phase 2 (3–9 months): Steady, but slower progress.

🔴 Phase 3 (9+ months): The “plateau” arrives, with subtle gains and continued refinement.

Week 1, Day 2:
Tulpa’s Mind:
Since I already listed some of my tulpa’s main characteristics yesterday, today I’m going to focus more on imagining her acting and interacting, and I’ll observe her spontaneity, performance, unpredictability, and whether she matches the traits I’ve noted so far. I will work together with my tulpa so that she performs a sort of play, simulating certain situations and reacting the way she wants to react. After the practice, I should take notes on what needs improvement and what worked well.

Results: 10 minutes of practice. Wow, it was amazing. Even though my wonderland isn’t complete yet, I got to know Clare better while we walked through the inner world. Most of the scenery is still black, but it was really cool when she started doing all kinds of ninja acrobatics and encouraged me to do the same. Among many things, she is an energetic person, and that excites me too. She and I agreed to research online how to create a living world inside the wonderland, like an ecosystem, with living beings that won’t be spontaneous like tulpas, but more like NPCs.

Some of her reactions included simulating receiving a gift, going “wild” and calling me to dance, and so on. The part with the acrobatic flips was really crazy.

Successes: Imagining with the lights off in the physical world improves visualization quality for me. Clare acted according to her own personality, there was no confusion with mine. She behaved naturally without freezing or being influenced by me. She was spontaneous and responded in ways I couldn’t predict, meaning she was independent.

Mistakes: I ended up focusing too much on keeping the visualization stable instead of giving her more ideas to interpret. She talked but didn’t act much because she wanted to discuss the wonderland with me. She could have performed a lot more if I had provided more scene ideas for her to act out, for example: how she would act and what she would say if she saw me afraid of something, or her defeating a monster, or her fishing, etc. Next time, I’ll prepare a list of scenarios for her to act out.

Tulpa’s Visual:
I practiced visualization for 20 minutes, working on her presence in the environment, imposition, standing and sitting positions, and sensory interaction through touch, feeling the texture of her skin, and focusing on visual details that still need refinement. I worked a bit on transitioning her expression from neutral to smiling and made great progress after a certain point. I finally managed to make the smile fit properly, much better than before when it didn’t align well. It’s getting better and better now, which is amazing.

I used my hands to try to adjust her proportions and fit her properly into the visual space. I traced her body with my hands, and I improved during these minutes, which is incredibly cool because it shows that the training is paying off. However, I still need a lot of improvement, especially with the neck and shoulder area, which I still need to size correctly with my hands to fit her properly in the space and trace her form accurately.

Note: Forehead center was active during the visualization practice and while writing this.

Practice of the day: 30 minutes
Total active forcing time: 1h44m

Week 1 - Day 3

Clare’s Mental Practice

We practiced Clare’s performances in the Wonderland, she chose how she would react to each situation, there were 6 scenes with 3 themes. We practiced for 12 minutes and I was able to get to know Clare better, I let her react the way she wanted and wrote down how she interpreted each scene.

Physical Practice (visualization and sensory)
I trained for 25 minutes, imposition, from the tip of the toes to the head, practicing the transition from neutral facial expression, to smiling and serious. Touch sensation training when touching parts of the body, especially the hands, and also proportion training by outlining the hands in the space the image occupies. I still need to work more on proportion because when I trace around with my hands in space, I notice it still becomes disproportionate. In the last minutes I dedicated some time to memorizing the reference images well and then redrawing Clare’s face in the scene through visualization.

Note: Forehead center only activate when I tried an imposition in a new angle but the pressure didn't last long and was subtle

Practice of the day: 37 minutes
Total active forcing hours: 2h21m

Day 8 and 9, what we did last weekend

This weekend we decided to take a break from our RPG Maker project and the drawings we’ve been working on to play some games. We played in several one-hour sessions with breaks to rest and do other things, but on Sunday we played for about ten hours straight. We enjoyed playing Starbound with a mod that lets us create and customize crews (followers), so we made a character for each of us using clothing mods as well. The original, Land, created a modded equipment item that works as a backpack and shows a sprite of me that he drew using GIMP — so when one of us equips it, Clare’s character appears being carried on the back of the player character.

We decided to publish this mod, but to avoid showing ourselves in the sprite and to let players create their own characters, Land made a pixel-art base with a customizable character that players can edit for their own use. He also encourages the Starbound community to make their own mods and pixel art. In the image below you can see me and the custom backpack equipment — Clare.

image.png.f1fb9c595ed95044ac4fdfbe4af9130d.png

Note: I’m not a professional pixel artist or illustrator. I’m just learning to help with tulpamancy and because I like art in general. The eye and the hair of the main character is from the mod Make the universe a cuter place— Land

After we got a bit tired of Starbound, we moved on to some MMORPGs. Since we can’t play with more than one character at the same time, we decided to use the in-game systems like pets and cosmetic equipment. In one of them, there’s a free pet you get at the beginning, so I just named it after Land, and the player character was made to look like me. In another MMORPG we bought a backpack skin with a cute animated creature being carried, so we decided that would represent the original character again. We played like that — using these items, talking, role-playing in the environment, and going through the story. Our nickname is the name of our system, so when NPCs call the character’s name, it feels like they’re addressing both of us (me and Land), since the other headmates didn’t play with us this time. — Clare

During gameplay, I had the idea to turn our open-world RPG Maker project into a more story-driven RPG with short episodes — featuring cutscenes, with actual gameplay only in short moments: battles, a bit of farming, and a little crafting. Since the project is just for us — for our system to have fun and build something together — we want to create these story episodes set in our Wonderland world. — Land

We also recorded our gameplay without voice — only the in-game chat and our mind conversations. Honestly, we didn’t chat much in the game, just a few comments to be recorded in the videos. Most of our conversation and role-play happened in our minds, with us talking to each other mentally. — Clare

I also worked on visualizing the scenarios, recreating them in my mind as if they were real and seeing ourselves within them. In other words, I practiced visual tulpamancy as well, not just mental. Clare had a lot of autonomy, and it was really fun playing with her — it’s a great way for us to create stronger visual memories together. — Land
