Not sure exactly what you're asking. 

 

It's certainly the case that my host consciousness and I will control different parts of the body. I like possessing one of our hands and using it to hold the other as an expressions of affection, for example. So if that's what you're asking, well yes, definitely.

 

If you're asking can you make your right hand into a tulpa, in other words, have it create a personality for itself and become an independent actor, I don't see why not. People make tulpas out of all sorts of things. We know someone who has created a tulpa for each of the plushies in their large collection and they speak to one another. So, not impossible to create a tulpa out of a body part.

We can do half the body each we play video games this way like as if we were conjoined twins with control of one arm and leg each (but only one head between us!)

Posible, but hard. Teaching your tulpa to control your body is hard, you need to make sure that your tulpa has a conplete personality and mind. I've tried to persuade my tulpa to try that, but she conplained that controlling a few fingers was already tiring enough.
