This evening (well, evening for me), I spent my time on phones and almost ignored Bronie again. I don't want to do this, but it's just sometimes hard to pull yourself away from electronic devices, and you know, tulpas aren't like real-world friends who can "take physical action" when they really wanted to talk.

So, when I noticed this, I hurriedly apologized, and that's where she stopped me and said:

“You don’t need to apologize. I don’t want to hear your apologies. Just try to do better next time. You apologize only because you’re afraid that next time you might not do well enough to show your remorse.”

go to your phone's accessibility settings an turn on color-filtering/ greyscale
the lack of colors will make the bright screen less stimulating and therefore less addictive.
This will help you feel less compelled to touch and look at the pretty phone. You'll grab a book and read it aloud to your tulpa :)
I love reading aloud to my Hiker tulpa. And he loves when I read aloud to him

We love to play video games together.... it gives them a way to create a character in their image (pic a game with character creation) to show me how they see themself and for us to go on a virtual adventure together ..helps build communication especially starting off as we know we are both seeing the same thing (on screen) so have a point of reference if we want to describe something to one another.

For example if they want to change something in the wonderland or have changed something they can describe it by saying like...'my little cottage in the woods looks like Links house in BOTW' etc   I can instantly picture what they mean. ..it also allows non-verbal Tulpa to communicate by images we've both seen and I know what they're telling me.
