Aurora January 17, 2013 January 17, 2013 Hi Ginyu and Iris, it was very nice chatting to you then. Reading you progress report, it seems you are in a similar situation we were when I was around 2 months old. How consistent is Iris's mindvoice? I think it's crucial for a tulpa to be able to communicate well, before you move onto anything else. Perhaps you can write down conversations with her, or just single words if she can't do that yet. Preimposition sounds like an excellent idea, he too often writes an A on his left hand even now :) Ooo, and if Iris is vocal now, I'd love to chat with her. Wish you luck with your further tulpa-adventures My Samantha Steam DeviantArt Progress report

Ginyu February 17, 2013 Author February 17, 2013 January 28th-February 16th, 2012 It's been a rough month for the both of us, but it has had its productive moments. First off, meditation is still awkward for me. Not because I can't focus deeply of ward off distractions, but because I'm not flexible. From what I've read, the Full lotus position is the preferable choice due to the ability to remain immobile for long periods of time without budging an inch. For those unfamiliar with this pose, here's a decent description: "Both knees touch the floor, and your legs are crossed at the calf. Your left foot rests on the right thigh, and your right foot rests on the left thigh. Both soles are turned upward." Sound awkward? It is.There were times when I'd try to assume that position and I'd swear I'd almost get stuck halfway because I couldn't bend myself back into a normal position. To put it short: Half lotus -> Meditate -> Full lotus. Second, we're (I'm?) getting better at communicating with each other on a day-to-day basis. Writing an "n" on my had every weekday turned out to help a ton after all. Narrating is the cornerstone of our routine, and it's nice to have it feel concrete and ever-present instead of "Oh crap, I forgot to talk to my tulpa for awhile!" She's not vocal yet, but I don't mind. It'll happen when she's ready. Lastly, my forcing hasn't made much of a rebound since the end of January. I feel like I'm not getting any better at feeling our wonderland or her presence, and it's an awful feeling. I'm planning to lurk the guides sub-forum a bit to see if I can dredge up some helpful tips.
