I’m aware it’s normal in the earlier phases to need to think about a tulpa before they’re able to actually interact, but today I needed to actively envision them leaving a little spot in my mindscape to feel capable of responding for them. Their responses at this point still feel like my own thoughts and all that, but I can’t bring my mind to respond without being sure I have them.

is this normal, is this potentially a sign of anything, am I losing my mind, etc.

That's normal. Visualizing your tulpa can make focusing on them easier.

Deluded myself into believing my imaginary friends were real, then deluded myself into thinking they weren’t. Whatever the case, the OG gang’s still here:

Host: fennec (they/them)

Tulpas: Alex (he/him) and Kayleigh (she/her)

Delete all memories of those who know my awkward past
