Personality and narration before visualization

I know that a lot of people here are trying to make their tulpae fully sentient and verbal before visualizing a form for them at all.

 

Has anybody with a completed tulpa done it this way?

This is how I plan to do it. Seems to make the most sense to apply a body to an already sentient being, rather than apply a sentient being to an already formed body.
