The 'new' progress report for Autumn and Crystal

Ok so I fucked up and ended up removing my old progress report. (Only 2 posts in it anyway)

 

But it doesn't matter coz I'm making this one and maybe this time I will actually remember to post in it.

 

So, first things first, the progress. Since my last progress report (at least 3 weeks ago) I have had good progress with Autumn and I have begun writing down traits for Crystal. Autumn is now communicating (mostly through emotions and the occasional phrase or picture) and my visualisation still sucks. So yeah, not much.

 

But seriously, some stuff did happen. For one thing Autumn chose a last name.

We went through lots of names but she to finally decided on Storm as a last name. I was not expecting that. When questioned, the only real thing I could understand was that she chose it because it contrasts to her first name and both of her names reflect elements of her personality. (Autumn - a moderate season, niether one extreme or the other and Storm - Wild, unpredictable)

 

Oh and I opened the door to the next room in the wonderland and guess what? It's a creepy fuckin corridor, looks like its out of a post-apocalyptic horror movie or some shit. And you know what was standing at the other end? A freaking zombie. It went something like this:

 

Me:*opens door* "ok let's see what's in here then shall we Autumn?"

Autumn: *nods*

Me: *sees zombie* "Oh for fucks sake..."

*the zombie notices us and starts to run towards us*

Me: "Fuck no!" *spawns in glock 9mm, shoots zombie five times in the head*

 

Then I deleted the corridor and remade it into an entrance hall, but a lot less creepy this time.

 

And that was pretty much it.

Yeah, I read a lot of creepypasta and watch horror films and stuff so I kind of expected there to be a few...Surprises.

 

Anyway, back to the progress 'n stuff.

 

So I have had 3 sessions since the last update, the first two were relatively boring (mostly just me narrating) but the most recent one (literally just 5 minutes ago) was crazy.

 

So I opened another door, and this time the style and atmosphere is comepltely different. It's some kind of sci-fi thing, a long corridor that looks like it comes from a spaceship or something.

 

And what would happen to appear around the corner?

 

It was one of those things from alien. Forgot what they're called but you know, the fucking creepy things with the teeth and shit?

 

So I'm fucking panicking, this time I don't even bother shooting it, I just obliterate it with my wonderland-admin powers. (Along with the entire sci-fi area which leaves us in a blank void)

 

So then I ask Autumn what to turn the room into, and she had some pretty interesting ideas.

 

"So, Autumn, what shall we turn this room into?"

"Make it a swimming pool."

"But I thought we were going to put that outside?"

"..."

"So seriously, what should we put in here?"

"Oh I know, make it an airstrip."

"What the hell Autumn you can't have an airstrip inside?! I mean, how are you supposed to take off a plane inside the house?"

"It could be a really small plane..."

"But then it doesn't need an airstrip...Look, I'll build one outside sometime."

"Well do you have any ideas for the room?"

(After a minute or so of thinking I finally came up with something)

"I know! We'll make it a games room. With arcade machines and stuff!"

"I like this idea."

 

So yeah. Incidentally, on my way out one of those hunter things form left4dead jumped at me so I shot it with a SMG. (My sub-c is really going to town with the monsters)

 

Now this is a little difficut to explain, but my wonderland is controlled by a AI (not fully sentient) called SYNTAX (no that is not an acronym although when I have some spare time I might try and find something to go with it)

 

So I opened up SYNTAX's console and disabled Sub-c generation. Hopefully that means that random shit won't appear anymore.

 

And this post is way too big and it's 1AM here in the UK and I have school tomorrow so I'd better sleep.

Alright, been a while since the last update so here we are.

 

Sadly I had a headache yesterday and couldn't force so I was stuck narrating. On the other hand she is a lot more vocal now so narrating is more of a conversation now that she talks back.

 

Speaking of which we had the strangest conversation today.

 

So I was gardening for my dad (need moniez) and this happend:

 

Me: *picks up rake*

Autumn: What's that?

Me: it's a rake it's used for-

Autumn: it looks like a murder weapon.

Me: no, it's for gardening.

Autumn: well yeah, but gardening involves killing stuff right?

Me: technically, yes, but it isn't murder.

Autumn: but you're killing plants.

Me: Yeah but those are weeds.

Autumn: so? They were there first.

Me: but weeds are bad.

Autumn: why?

Me: because they spread and take up space that other plants need.

Autumn: but that doesn't make them bad. Did the weeds even get a fair trial?

(I almost LOL'd at this point)

Me: that's....I don't even know...you tulpae have the strangest sense of logic.

Me: how can you give plants a fair trial? They aren't even sentient.

Autumn: how do you know?

Me: because....because they're plants. They don't talk, or communicate.

Autumn: what if they just communicate in a way you don't know about?

Me: because science would have noticed.

Autumn: so there is some kind of war on weeds?

Me: you could say that...

Autumn: oh, ok then.

 

Strangest debate I've ever had. Ever.

 

Anyway, plant rights debates aside, not much change on the wonderland front. I'm planning to go outside the house tonight and explore. Should be good.

Right, just a quick update.

 

Had a couple of sessions, not much happened.

 

Apparently our house is right on the edge of a cliff. (a nice suprise when we opened the door)

 

And not much else. Just been keeping up the usual narration and stuff.
