Can Hypnagogic voices be used to communicate with your tulpa?

Since I started working on Lea I notice a lot more little things that go on in my mind wich I usually wouldn't have paid much attention to, one of these being the voices you hear during hypnagogia.

These voices are (at least for me) crystal clear, if it wasn't that they all talk at the same time, so it would be great if it would be possible for your tulpa to take these voices and turn them into their own, or something.

Do you have any idea if and how you could let your tulpa use them? Would it be easier for them to talk to you during hypnagogia?

Thank you!

Hypnagogia can be used to communicate with your tulpa, it's just a matter of you being able to get into the half-awake or near dream like state of being consistently for it to be a viable method.

Whenever I did closed-eye self-hypnosis, after I do a gradual relaxation exercise, I usually get pretty sleepy (but aware) very quickly, and when I would work on Ada and/or Eva's voice a bit more, I have to battle through a few random voices here and there first.

And this was because I would have to make sure I would still maintain awareness and not drift back into sleep, and because of this, I ended up trying to keep aware and forgot about the goal of getting them more vocal.

Since Hypnagogic voices can occur as you shift to the sleeping state AND usually the onset of waking up, it's a matter of knowing your REM cycles, and that involves attempting a consistent sleeping schedule. I'm stating this if you're trying to make this one of your main sources of conversations with your tulpa.

So you have many, many option on ways to use that to your advantage:

1. Assuming you practice lucid dreaming and keep a dream journal for reference, you could perform a (DEILD - Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream). This technique seems reasonable because with affirmations/mantras + confidence that it will work + visualizing yourself accomplishing the technique can easily get you into that half-awake state of mind to induce Hypnagogic voices.

2. You can just use affirmations/mantras like:

"As I fall to asleep, I shall maintain enough awareness to hear the voices in my head and be able to separate them to find (tulpa's name)'s voice with ease."

Then you would imagine yourself having a stable mind with clarity, being able to feel the energy of your tulpa with you and ultimately, their voice for you to communicate with.

Or you could do that and combine it with another mantra/affirmation like:

"At onset of waking up, I shall remain calm, relaxed, body still, and be able to hear the voices inside my head with ease and separate them to find (tulpa's name)'s voice with ease."

3. Or you could use self-hypnosis to enter a half-awake and dream-like state of mind much faster when you practice and repeat things a bit. But if you want more information on that, you can post what you would like in my script guide in the Guides section.

(This option is a bit off-topic)

4. Same as #3, except you could use the vocal script I have laid out in the large guide I made (I can make a separate vocal script from the main guide if you want), and you could do do open-eyed self-hypnosis combined with closing your eyes where the parentheses prompt you to hear the thoughts inside your head for a specific amount of time. Of course, this probably won't induce the Hypnagogic voices, but it can help you focus on getting random images in your head for your tulpa to state out (i.e. An apple showing up and your tulpa saying "apple", etc.) and getting them to just say random things overall.

There's a lot of ways you can use Hypnagogia to communicate to your tulpa, but just know you might have to get used to observing and not fighting against the scater-brain voices that occur when you're in that state of being.

Hope this helps.

?

Is it just me or did you edit the link to your guide out?

Anyway thank you, I think I will look into your scripts. (How effective do you think they are if they aren't in your mother tongue? Because I have this pronunciation defect of the R in italian which I find really annoying, and I don't really feel comfortable doing it in german.)

Thank you :)

Yeah, I had to edit it out because apparently I didn't have permission to post the link (probably just a minor hiccup), I apologize for that.

As for voice thing, just remember things don't have to be perfect when you're going through the script. Your subconscious is going to get the general idea, so just speak in a calm, relaxed, and confident tone of voice. If you find yourself stuttering at certain points, no worries at all. Keep going at a slow and steady pace along with imagining the descriptions, and you'll be just fine.

Also, another way that I found to be easy (thanks to Lacquer's progress report):

I now find myself using my mindvoice more, however, I mouth the words as well, and noticed my mindvoice is clearer (just like how he has as well). I find myself getting the same effect. Try it out, and if you use sound-muffling earphones (the ones that block out most of environmental noises), you can have a higher degree of focus and productivity with the scripts.

And you're welcome!

Ninja edit:

If you do the scripts once or twice a day, you'll notice gradual changes. Keep at it, and you can still do your own personal ways tulpaforcing, etc.
