Hi. Sorry if this has been answered before somewhere, but I tried a few different searches and couldn't find it. First of all, it may be helpful to mention that my tulpa-related efforts started off without much information. All I had really read was that Alexandra David-Neel thing, and some stuff about the Phillip experiment, and it wasn't until later that I started finding guides, FAQs, and eventually this site.

So that's the background. Here's the problem: I did a fair bit of visualization before there was any real sign of sentience. (There's still nothing, really.) And now, I'm dealing with a tulpa body that sometimes runs around crazily, and has even bitten me a few times. I know it's only me parroting, because I'm no more than a couple of months in and am just starting to get a little pressure in my head. Not very far along at all. And finally I get to the question: Can accidentally parroting insane behavior influence the finished tulpa to be just as hyperactive? If so, I can definitely live with that, but it really isn't what I was going for. ...Well, I really got rambling there. Sorry about that. And thanks for your time.

They're going to deviate during the tulpaforcing process, so it's unlikely that they'd continue to act that way.

My progress report

Whoa, that was fast! ...And thanks, that's pretty reassuring. Guess I worry too much about these things. For now I'll just be sure to keep my hands away from his face.
