Tirek June 22, 2012 June 22, 2012 Why hello there. My name is Wilfre. I'm kind of hesitant to just start this without making absolutely sure that I'm making the right Tulpa. So, basically, I don't have anything real concrete planned yet, but I hope all goes well and such. Basic Ideas: Female, probably human (I don't know what else she would be, but I haven't started yet, things could change). Her name is Alice. Her hair is a dark brown, and her eyes are a bright aqua-marine. I tried to do a few sketches, and might upload them if I ever get the chance. Personality: Quiet (Non-talkative in general, not volume-wise). Courteous Tolerant Humble Realistic My Wonderland: I may or may not have been putting too much time into this bit to procrastinate having to decide about actual Tulpa related things. I can see a cherry tree growing in a small grass patch, which stands out from an infinitely stretching stone-tiled pathway to the left and right. Straight ahead, however, the path ends and water stretches as far as I can see. Across from the tree, there sits a swinging bench, boxed in by some flower-boxes. It sits in front of a hill, which is topped with a library. The inside is circular, and in the very center stands a pillar that stretches infinitely into the sky. Chairs and such surround the pillar, and books line the actual walls. Being overly cautious in everything. Progress: Reading and planning. Trying to get hold of being in my wonderland.
ThatOneGuy June 22, 2012 June 22, 2012 Take all the time you need to mull things over. I've found that thinking about things a bit beforehand helps immensly. Also not too detailed at all; it actually sounds like a rather good amount of detail to me and it sounds like you are indeed comfortable with the amount of detail there. I think that'll be either the second or third Alice through here now. Neat. Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.
Tirek June 23, 2012 Author June 23, 2012 I spent about 45 minutes or so trying to concentrate/meditate/whatever we'll call it, so I can ease myself into doing so for long periods. I'm not exactly ready to begin any sort of work on my tulpa, but I thought I'd try to get used to my wonderland. I started out focusing on my breathing, and then I began to visualize my wonderland. I've read that most people feel very in control of it, but while I was doing so, I found myself very out-of-sorts. It almost feels like I'm remembering a place I've once walked through. I understand Fede think that wonderlands are useless, and maybe he's right. On either hand, I still need to flesh out Alice's traits and personality, so I guess I'll be working on that instead of trying to meditate and worrying about this wonderland thing. Being overly cautious in everything. Progress: Reading and planning. Trying to get hold of being in my wonderland.
Tirek June 26, 2012 Author June 26, 2012 Tried Fede's tones, just trying to focus on a basic form for Alice. Visualization isn't bad, if I don't have anything yet, right? Probably not. Clairvoyant Focus seemed to affect me a little bit, and so I spent a while using that. Then, I switched to the Theta Tone. I felt some strange feels with that, but it didn't seem to affect my visualization that much. Finally, I tried the Tulpatone, and I definitely got a result from that. I have a feeling I'll be using it from now on. Updated the topic post as well. Being overly cautious in everything. Progress: Reading and planning. Trying to get hold of being in my wonderland.
