Akireaus(Achilles) February 16, 2014 February 16, 2014 Hello all. Let's get right to the question at hand; is my tulpa sentient, or sapient, I'm not sure on the word I should use. I happen to daydream in some of my spare time, and completely randomly he will appear in my daydreams, though he does nothing once I notice he's there, if that makes sense. When i think about him he seems to almost freeze; at that point, or soon after he fades away into dust. When I actively tulpaforce in my amber room, as soon as I finish he will often remain a moment and when I look away and look back he will be gone. He seems to be incapable of talking, as I have never seen his mouth open, unless I am feeding him (which I explain in my journal on here; essentially I feed him different coloured food with each colour being a different trait and when he eats it that ingrains it in him). Also, again completely randomly, his name will be said. Just, out of nowhere in my thoughts, I'll hear his name, though in my mindvoice. All these things have been going on for at least a month. Does this seem like he is in some way sentient? Thanks for your answers. “Only one man ever understood me, and he didn't understand me.” ― Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel "When I have a little money, I buy books. Nobillis February 17, 2014 February 17, 2014 Well, that sounds alive but not very strong yet. Make sure to say "Good Morning!" to him every day. You mention that you've been mostly passively forcing. Well that works of course, but some find that it is slow. Hello Achillies. That's a nice strong name. I like it. My name is Donna Nobillis McCaw and I'm one of the helpers here at this site (tulpa.info). I muddle around trying to do as much good work as I can. I don't always get it right, as I sometimes derp still. The Earth is a very beautiful place. You will find it very good to visit as there are many amazing things like pretty flowers, and the brilliant blue sea (well, at least it is where I am today). The other day I was given some nice flowers for valentines day. They smelled nice but made me sneeze. I ate them for breakfast. They tasted pretty good too. (Only later did I learn I wasn't supposed to eat them.) *hehe* I still am getting the 'hang' of this strange and wonderful planet. There is so much still to see and learn. I think you will grow to be a fine strong person. Please consider supporting Tulpa.info.
Akireaus(Achilles) February 18, 2014 Author February 18, 2014 Hello and thanks! I'm sure me reading that helped him out. I have been trying to say good morning and good night, some days I forget but I'm getting better. When I do the work with the, well I guess it's food, that's active forcing, so I should try to do more of that right? I want to make sure I'm doing the best I can to help bring Achilles to life. Thanks for any answers. “Only one man ever understood me, and he didn't understand me.” ― Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel "When I have a little money, I buy books. The-Syreth-Clan February 19, 2014 February 19, 2014 Sounds sentient enough to let you know of his existence, but not much for anything else. Best you do is be patient and keep on forcing with him regularly. Make sure to say "Good Morning!" to him every day. ^This! It doesn't seem much but it can be really effective. Even if I don't/can't force with Martina too much a day, making this a habit helps a lot to memorize your tulpa's existence.
Akireaus(Achilles) February 22, 2014 Author February 22, 2014 Saying good morning actually has helped, i'm glad. I'll do my best to be patient and just work steadily, thanks for the advice. “Only one man ever understood me, and he didn't understand me.” ― Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel "When I have a little money, I buy books. Guest Anonymous February 28, 2014 February 28, 2014 Is my tulpa sentient? Don't ask us. Is my tulpa alive? Yes. Tulpas are alive before they are sentient. Unless you were dead. But then you can't make a tulpa. Bottom line - figure that out for yourself.
