I began developing my tulpa yesterday, and I was wondering if the method I am using will actually work.

My plan is to spend time throughout the day talking to my tulpa and exposing him to the things that I like, and explaining those things to him. Then at the end of the day, I plan to spend time visualizing my tulpa, and/or generally talking about my day.

My goal is to shape how my tulpa looks, but allow its personality to develop on its own.

Will this work?

You're wanting to perform repetitive tasks on narration, visualization, and stability of form (with open-mindedness to deviation), so you're doing just fine. Keep it up, I spent hours upon hours for a few months narrating and visualizing Eva and Ada, and from experience, the hard work pays off, and it only gets better.

Thanks man. The guides leave a lot up to interpretation, so I was just a bit worried.
