I'm going to go against the grain and say it's probably not a good idea. You've made it clear she's rejected you and you feel like you aren't good enough for her, so even the tiniest association of her with your tulpa could cause the same feelings to arise in your tulpa subconsciously. Besides, you can make a tulpa of literally anything you can imagine. Why make a tulpa of a human you see regularly? Make a giant fire-breathing kitten tulpa with a rocket launcher for a tail because fuck it.

I'm definitely not making a tulpa of her. i never said that, i'm not so dumb to not be able to see why that'd be an absolutely terrible idea since my goal is to get over her. My feelings for her has caused me a LOT of heartbreak and grief.

what I wanted to know is and the reason i made this thread is whether my 400+ hours of fantasizing about her has given me some training/skill in creating a tulpa. I want to know whether I could somehow turn all this time i wasted on her into something useful. Right now I've been daydreaming about the tulpa I want to make the same way I used to day dream and fantasize about her. I don't know if it'll lead to parroting because i'm kind of forcing the interactions.. that's kind of what daydreaming and fantasizing is. but it feels natural to me because I've done it for so long

Only problem is my visualizing is very bad when it comes to making a mental picture of someone i've never seen before. While I can visualize my crush very easily

You say you imagined hundreds of interactions with her, which means you parroted her responses. In other words, you played her part instead of letting a separate consciousness develop to handle that.

If you think about it, everyone is doing what you're doing throughout their entire lives, although maybe with less intensity. Every time you imagine how a conversation with someone might go, you play that someone's part in your mind. And everyone daydreams about talking to some person they like. But this obviously doesn't lead to the creation of a tulpa, or else everyone would have one, or dozens.

That said, you can probably turn this fantasy girl of yours into a tulpa if you start doing it properly, and it's probably going to be a bit easier for you than if you were starting from scratch. It's up for you to decide whether that's a good idea or not, though.
