Okay, thanks for the responses. I don't normally focus on my body, but it was just that lately I found it hard to stay still in that state.

Tess you are right that focusing on your body during tulpaforcing ain't a good thing but tulpaforcing is lot like a meditation and every meditation's rule is that you have to be physically and mentally relaxed first otherwise your tulpaforcing would be just daydreaming.
