Can a tulpa create a tulpa of its own?

I was just wondering. If a tulpa is a created thought form from someone's mind that can develop its own thoughts, opinions and emotions, is that enough to allow a tulpa to build its own tulpa?

Oh, I was intending to talk about existential nihilism and tulpas, and engage in some kind of philosophical debate about it to where it causes a storm with other people's beliefs. The Tulpapocalypse is just an inside joke, I'm not too sure what's going to happen in 2015.
