Yeah, in theory. But I don't think there's anyone who's actually succeeded at this. Correct me if I'm wrong.

People apparently can't help it and sooner or later assign a form to their tulpa.

Yes. I haven't really visualized in ages, and I believe my Tulpa isn't bound to a certain form yet. In spite of this, you will most likely end up with a form anyway.
