Anyone else feel their heart chakra light up when tulpaforcing?

 

I felt anxiety from being around my mother, but when focusing on my tulpa, I feel that turn into a calm and centeredness. I feel energy in my heart chakra that feels good. I find I don't have to think about Chance so much in order to be calmed. That's his name. But it did take a bit of effort first to meditate and enter a receptive state. I feel connected energetically to my tulpa, Chance.

Not really. If it works for you, then go with it. I had never thought of my tulpas as calming influences, but maybe they are.

I have gotten some anxiety when thinking about them though. I just thought it was wrong to have that feeling.

Well, Teo (my tulpa) said that chakras in a way do actually help with development. It doesn't necessarily help with development of the tulpa but it does help you to see or hear them better since you have more energy and are more open to them. Tulpas have their own energy so if you get a good feeling in your chest, if you lie down or just stand and ask your tulpa to hug you, you might feel strangely warm in seconds. Some tulpas, however, could have cold energy when near you so you'd feel cold etc. Also, that good feeling might also be the way your tulpa chose to tell you, "look, I'm here." Teo, over months, found out that I notice him if he makes a pressure around my head, like a crown. At the beginning, though, I felt pressure everywhere but now, I know what his energy is like so he doesn't have to give pressure to a certain part of my mind or body.

I was looking into this because i stumbled apon a chakra site and my three tulpae express their enotions seperate and somtimes simulataneously to mine in three areas specifically.

 

Dashie is definately in my throat and she is the most vocal.

 

Misha is in my chest or 'heart' and she is the most kind and loving.

 

Ashley in in my stomach and she happens to know things at times that we are all surprised by, and she seems to be the most powerful (metaphysically speaking) as in, we all listen to her when she says something, and treat it with gravitas.

 

I didn't try to match them to these spots, this is just where i feel their emotions concentrate from. Mine are all over the place. It was either:

-Pure coincidence that this happened

-my subconsious mind did this without my consious mind knowing

-they (tulpae) have a connection to my Chakras.

 

I'm not at all informed on any of this, but i wanted to add my experiance to this thread and reset this thread to see if anyone else has yhe same experiance as OP. Or if anyone can shed light on this as a possible conne tion.
