That might help with sentience a bit. Unfortunately there isn't A LOT you can do with what is basically a ragdoll without puppeting but you're talking about Charlie? From your PR it sounds like he's sentient hun. He doesn't need to be vocal to be sentient if he's moving on his own that changes things.
