Thunder Flash July 7, 2012 July 7, 2012 So y'know 'bout dat feelin'... hardy har.... anyway, it's about that alien feeling your could be getting as a sign of an emotional response, well what I'm getting at is, the feeling I feel is a shiver and wash of some feeling run down and up my spine starting at the back of my neck. WHAT IS IT? :P Tulpa - Kaliea Form: Human female Sentience: Possibly Stage - Visualization: Done Narration: Continuing Touch: Almost Done Smell: Yet to begin Imposition: Yet to begin
Chupi July 8, 2012 July 8, 2012 It's hard to say. If you never got it before starting your tulpa and now get it relatively often, it's probably somehow tulpa-related. However I can't really say if it's from her or that the process has sensitized you to feeling stuff like that. Or it could even be something from the position you're forcing in. Thunder Flash July 8, 2012 Author July 8, 2012 Well, I have that feeling very rarely but when I'm forcing, it happens very frequently. Chupi July 8, 2012 July 8, 2012 Quite possibly something she's doing then. Try asking her to do it on command, or not do it. That could confirm that it's her, though if it doesn't have an effect, it doesn't mean it isn't her. She might not be sentient enough to understand your request, or might not be doing it intentionally. Guest July 8, 2012 July 8, 2012 What you describe sounds a lot like ASMR: Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a physical sensation characterized by a pleasurable tingling that typically begins in the head and scalp, and often moves down the spine and through the limbs. Most ASMR episodes begin by an external or internal trigger, and are so divided for classification. Type A episodes are elicited by the experiencer using no external stimuli, and are typically achieved by specific thought patterns unique to the individual. Type B episodes are triggered involuntarily by an external trigger, via one or more senses, and may also involve specific thought patterns associated with the triggering event. Both types of triggers vary between individuals, but many are common to a large portion of ASMR enjoyers. Common external triggers: Exposure to slow, accented, or unique speech patterns Viewing educational or instructive videos or lectures Experiencing a high empathetic or sympathetic reaction to an event Enjoying a piece of art or music Watching another person complete a task, often in a diligent, attentive manner - examples would be filling out a form, writing a check, going through a purse or bag, inspecting an item closely, etc. Close, personal attention from another person Haircuts, or other touch from another on head or back It might be coming from your tulpa, but it might be something else as well. Perhaps meditation in itself is causing it. Remember that experiencing a tulpa is different for everyone. For example, I get a very distinct feeling of presence localized somehwere in the right side of my brain. Irish talked about this in his guides, but I hardly see anyone else mentioning it. Your tulpa might manifest itself through ASMR. In any case, the best thing to do right now is just keep going, and see if the feelings increase in intensity and frequency. If so, it's a good chance it is your tulpa. And if it is, it should become quite clear eventually, because the feelings will get too alien and too intense to be anything but a tulpa.
Thunder Flash July 8, 2012 Author July 8, 2012 I do get that feeling sometimes from music and things of the sort, but when i meditate with a clear mind I don't feel it, but when I tulpa force i feel it more frequently and more intense, the feeling seems to be the most strong when i sing to her. So who knows atm Tulpa - Kaliea Form: Human female Sentience: Possibly Stage - Visualization: Done Narration: Continuing Touch: Almost Done Smell: Yet to begin Imposition: Yet to begin

Don't worry, I get the exact same "presence" feeling in the right part of my brain. It's good to see someone else experience the same thing.
Guest July 10, 2012 July 10, 2012 Thunder I think I'm getting the same thing as you when I force. I'm unsure if it's myself triggering it though as I was messing around with Vandrenreich's prism and I told my tulpa to scream at me if she didn't like it, and then I got that same kind of thing going (tingling/shiver + warmth)and it was increasing in intensity until I stopped.
