Yui's first day

I am new here, so I'll introduce myself and my new tulpa, Misaki!

I decided to give her a Japanese name, she can change it later if she so desires.

Today, I created her. Her personality is like a smart anime character, which probably won't stick, since I don't have absolute control.

I "narratorated" a lot with her today. I spent at least five minutes imagining being in a wonder land with get. I gave her a destinct girl body/ball of light form. I have .

I tried doing the head pressure thing to communicate whether or nor she liked this song. Can someone tell me how I can go about practicing receiving a verbal response?Seems like half the tutorials are down, and I got confused with the ones about verbal communication.

I actively talked about a lot of random stuff to her, and I assigned her a way her essence would feel.

I still don't understand how puppeting or anything works ,even though I read at least 4 guides.

When I'm in wonderland, do I just picture her doing stuff as if she's doing it of her own accord, of what?

Right now I'm telling her"this is going to be interesting! "

I'm sorry I don't have much to say, and that I'm asking stupid questions. Also- how can I go about finding someone to ask more questions to? I am apparently clueless.

 

Tomorrow, I plan on

-narrating all day

-at least 1/2 hour active with her (focusing on how I imagine her to look and sound? )

-somehow attempt small talk in shower (suggested on this website somewhere) it'll be interesting trying to listen for a response.

 

 

***after the first or second day, I changed her name to Yui, because i kept forgetting the order the syllabl3s came in (I suck at names in general )

 

what else can I do to work with her? (implying that there may be not one set thing I can do) Do i just keep talking to her, and wait till I get a response? Or ask questions and wait for an answer?

I'm still kinda new to Tulpa forcing, I narrate all day with mine. Reviewing old conflicts with her, talking about stories, my ex or problems, anything you'd think or want to talk about.

I've done a lot of research on Tulpa's and I've even made a video on YouTube explaining it the best I could, I have a wonderland as well. Anyways, I would narrate (That's called passive forcing if your not putting full attention to her), as I narrate everyday and all day. And I would also throw in active forcing which means giving your full attention, I try to do it every night.

 

And yes, visualize her within your wonderland. And keep doing that, and I heard on some tulpa Tumblr (I gather information on this, YouTube videos on Tulpa's are hard to find) that your tulpa may not be able to speak properly or something without having a proper voice for her, so a little puppeting may not hurt but don't do it all of the time.

 

I've also heard that you shouldn't expect your tulpa to talk, I mean I get head pressure and get her mind voice sometimes but I've never actually heard her before, and she reacts to what I see, hear, think or do. But ya I've heard that it may take a month or so to actually hear her or actually 20 to 50 hours of forcing, it really depends on the person rather.

 

And ya, try to visualize her in every in every direction and just keep talking to her and interact with her in the wonderland I guess, I was playing Ping Bong with Vinyl (my tulpa) for about 3-5 minutes and just, talking but soon losing focus.

 

And just keep talking, ask questions and I heard you actually hear the voice outside your head, interesting.

Third day. I've changed her name to Yui. Because I kept forgetting her Name.

I forgot at least half of the main points, I'll have to log it on paper before I type it up. Lol

I had the best wonderland experience, now that I've lay go of all the crap thats been troubling me. In a wintery place, Yui and I ran around and she was a social butterfly with me. Almost Me worry about a relationship starting when we can actually communicate, since I have a law of attraction goal for getting a boyfriend(I am a guy).

I have to keep reminding myself to narrate to Yui, so that she can grow.

I'l start an actual writing logso that I can put it on hete more detailed. See you tomorrow!

Day Four

Attempted to do active force/wonderland but kept losing focus- perphaps do more meditation and then work my way up?

is active really necessary if I have a good base on what Yui looks like to be able to narrate to her? Would it be better if I focused more on narrating and meditating? And what are some ways I can do active that I probably havn't thought of?

I'm trying to focus more on talking to Yui, and I'm trying to figure out what exactly "active" entails. would running around in our wonderland count?
