Headaches getting stronger..

I'm having headaches /head pressure and its its getting constant is she trying to communicate? And if so is there ay games for her and me to hear eachother?

Ask her a yes or no question, and ask her to respond with a head pressure/headache for 'yes' and nothing for 'no'

Or you can find another way to communicate before you get enticed to get a lobotomy. How can we really tell you if you're not having headaches due to circumstances (e.g. mental ailments, tiredness in general, etc.), or if this head pressure thing is actually some form of communication that has a flaw of making you more confused on whether or not they have this implicit and genuine sentience you're trying to develop certainties for in your private and subjective experience?

 

Maybe you could take a break, and re-evaluate if this head pressure thing that seems to give you headaches is really a practical way for someone to find, through seemingly mental pain, on whether or not their tulpa is communicating with them.

It's just a slight headache and then its gone like when I ask a yes or no answer.
