Iris July 11, 2012 July 11, 2012 Today was my most successful session so far. I got tons of responses from her. When I entered the wonderland (that I was pretty much making up as I went along, although I have a general idea about everything except the house) I heard a song playing that I have been singing to her while narrating. later on in the session I started vividly hearing a noise that sounded like a loud voice being extremely muffled. Then, My eyes start twitching wildly followed by a few bigger twitches in my arms (relevant because in the past I've mentioned to her that I'll probably let her possess my arms after she is finished). I was also getting a spinning/floating sensation. Now she seems to be making tingling sensations on my head. It was also my first session spent visualizing. The only problem was while I was trying to focus on Rainbow I kept getting distracted by my wonderland because I am so indecisive about what it looks like so I kept changing things instead of actually working on her. Then when I was focussing on her, I was just puppetting her walking so I could see how it looks from various angles since I'm taller than her. -Would it be better to take a session to just sort out the wonderland? -How can I know that changes in the wonderland aren't caused by me? -Is it ok to puppet early on to just see how things are going? Also my visualisation seems to be really jumpy. I only really process short bursts of vision at a time and it's really weak (not vivid). Can someone point me in the way of something to help me have more fluid/vivid visualization skills?
Guest July 11, 2012 July 11, 2012 Don't worry about how your Wonderland looks. Unlike your tulpa, you don't really need to have a vivid picture of what it looks like. It's just a space to work in. I change Wonderlands from time to time, and even when I am in the same wonderland, details of it change constantly. In a single session, a field of grass in my wonderland might be short and green one time I look at it, and tall and dry the next time. The spinning/floating sensation is normal when you are very relaxed.
Nevermore July 12, 2012 July 12, 2012 Thanks, But how do I know the changes weren't by me? Its pretty hard to be sure, and it is different for everyone from what I have heard. You just sort of have to find little signs that you might have caused it, or that your tulpa may have caused it. Name: Arya Form: Anthro Avian Time Spent: 8-10 hours forcing, stopped counting narration time Stage: Wrapping up personality/Visualization good/She is speaking well

From experience, probably not. -Generally, if you wouldn't put it there, and you don't remember changing it, it wasn't you. No definitive answer here. -Yes, if by "just to see how things are going" you mean to make sure you know how your tulpa moves/gestures. As for visualization, that *will* get better the more you force. Also try http://tulpa.info/guides/concentration_exercise.html
