Good day everyone. Though I have been forcing for quite a while now with my tulpa Imie, he (I use the pronoun interchangeably as Imie has no gender) has only been responsive via movement, today was the first time she has spoken; strangely that was not what interested me about today's forcing session.

After a while of teaching Imie how to walk so her walk did not look awkward, I decided to take a break and talk to him about how we could manipulate the wonderland to our current whims. I then started messing around with a barrel. Now, I do not have entire control over wonderland yet and occasionally I have the issue where I will focus on an object and despite how I try to stop this, the object will behave in a repetitive 'spazzy' manner. This happened with the barrel. The barrel would oscillate around the floor, and I could not stop it, so before I just get rid of it, I asked Imie if she would like to try and stop it from this very distracting perpetual motion.

Imie then looked quite intensely at the barrel, then low and behold the barrel stopped. Well, the barrel actually vibrated slightly, and it was taking all of Imie's concentration, but I was very impresses that in one day, Imie became more fluent in her motions and learnt to control wonderland objects when even I could not control them properly.

Of course, the session went on, and Imie was playing with wonderland environments, and I realised that I could hear thoughts that were not mine. Not many, and very rarely, but Imie was saying the thing she wanted to 'summon' before making it appear.

After explaining that you could summon things without saying the objects name, I did not hear her speak again. She was speaking in my voice though, and if that does not change it will be very hard to distinguish my thoughts from hers.

Thanks for reading. This is not particularly interesting, I was just happy that he could manipulate objects now, and I thought I may as well document it. Toodle pip!

Well, I should probably mention developments. It took a while, but three days ago Imie learnt to speak in images. It is not much, but for a while she seemed kinda dead. The next day she actually spoke again; she said "Hi". It was nowhere near as audible as the last time she spoke, but it was obviously her trying. She is progressing quickly now, and I hope she can keep up this momentum.

I guess I also made a discovery about moods and how they affect you being able to change your mind (create tulpas and such), and how to make creating tulpas easier. It seems to be working, and maybe I will share it when I get the chance. Right now though, I need to try pretty hard to keep this mental state.

Imie will now occasionally say words, but more interestingly she decided to buck her old form (a rabbit/cat/thing) and become a dragon with a purple afro. Things are certainly becoming more interesting now as we fly through the mushroom kingdom.

She may not have fur any more, but she is still unbelievably soft. I cannot wait to have full conversations ^_^

I am quite curious about this as all info on Tulpa creation is quite appreciated and eagerly read by yours truly :P

Good Luck Forcing!!!

What I'm about to say is going to blow your mind

I'm creating a being inside my head and her name is Sasha

Okay, about the discovery I may have made; I will probably not post it as a separate thing because there is no proof that it is empirical, not only that but there are some other issues with the concept that I will discuss below. Despite this, I may as well write up what I have found in a scrappy manner because it may be handy to somebody out there. Considering that this is only going to be a scrappy post that does not go into much depth and has no reliable testing or accuracy, I will not bother trying to make it concise or fix the grammar mistakes.

And one last thing; I will not be explaining the mood immediately. I know it is annoying when the writer of something does not discuss the main point immediately, but there are some important things I wish to mention first. If you are impatient then skip to the paragraph that starts with “@@@”.

Okay, so the initial concept is that emotions/moods affect our ability to create tulpas. This seems almost certain, I have no issue claiming this to be true as there is much evidence for this and you have probably already worked that out yourself via your own experiences.

Now for the less creditable stuff. I have found an emotional state that when I am in it, improves the chances of me making tangible progress whilst forcing. Only 2/6 times whilst being in this mood progress was not made (at least from what I remember. If I was in this mood any other times and I do not remember them, it is probable that no progress was made.).

This is not the only application for this mood. This mood allows me to change several different aspects of how I think. Once again, this may be a personal quirk, so no guarantees for anyone else trying this mood, but I used it previously to help me cope with paranoia. Allow me to use an anecdote:

imagine a man trying to quit smoking. He has said to himself many times that he shall never smoke again, but he always smokes again a couple days after. However, one time, he said that to himself after a doctor told him that he may have cancer, and he never smoked again. He thought more-or-less the same thing as he always did when he tried to stop smoking, so why was that time any different? You could say that it was because he feared the consequences and health implications of what would happen if he kept smoking, though this is not the case as the man already knew the possible consequences. The difference was that this time, the man was in a different mood. It may have been that he felt guilty, he may have felt scared or maybe he just felt determined, whatever the case, it changed his ability to adapt the way he thinks consciously.

This is what I seem pretty capable of doing. Using this technique, I almost entirely banished my extreme paranoia that kicked in whenever something went not according to plan, along with a few other things.

@@@ Now for the issue... the reason I will likely never post this as a proper idea is the fact that I cannot even describe the case study on myself accurately. I have tried to diagnose the emotion/mood I feel, but to no success. If I had to guess, it is a mix of euphoria and empathy(?), though from reading case studies guilt, sorrow and such emotions may also work. Thankfully the emotion I use is a very happy one, though it does contain a hint of sorrow around the edges.

So identifying the exact emotion may not be possible, but we can still look at one possible reason for this idea working. It may be due to the fact that when under these emotions you feel less guarded and stubborn, and you are able to take advantage of this and make suggestions to yourself about how to change. As for how this helps tulpa creation, I am not sure but from my experience I only make progress via this technique. It could always be down to placebo.

If anybody feels like assisting with this and finding a way to make this case study more reliable, PM me any information on how emotional states affect you creating your tulpa or even just being with them, if at all.

If you come across any creditable studies that may yield valuable insight into this, feel free to link me to them. In fact, if you can find any other posts on these forums that link in any way, they would also be a valuable read.

Also link me to cute pictures of cartoon animals. I love cute cartoon things :3
