But im wondering if anyone has any ideas or tips and tricks to help keep my tulpa in my thoughts. The only solution i can come up with is to find people who know about tulpas who want to skype chat with me, since talking to people who also believe in tulpas would help me stay focused. But i cant be 100% reliant on that. so does anyone have ideas?
Ashmo July 8, 2015 July 8, 2015 You could wear some kind of jewelry that reminds you of your tulpa. A ring, bracelet, anything. Doodle a symbol on your hand that makes you think of them. Are there any colors that remind you of your tulpa? Wear that color more. Music that makes you think of your tulpa can help, as can anything else that makes you think of them. There is going to be times when your attention strays. It might be long or short periods of time, but they will come and go, and grow less frequent as long as you keep at it.
