  1. Past hour
  2. Fridge will probably be fine if you never open it Good night
  3. The real power is the friends we made along the way
  4. oof i hope that isn't too devastating, but seems like you'll have to replace the whole fridge...
  5. it's currently estimated that i won't have power back until tomorrow night
  6. Flandre basically just does what Linda does. Good note./hj Lol, that was weird but entertaining video. 😁
  7. meiling was ready to start talking about the 4000 year history of chinese kempou but reimu had the blicky πŸ˜πŸ™ reimu got to do their epic genocide of yoki mansion but was stopped by flandre in the end. now i'm wiser about touhou lore also remilia has been shown smoking weed in 2 touhou animations i've seen of her, which is 100% of them
  8. Tried to go to sleep kind of early (before midnight) so that I could wake up at a somewhat normal time since I need to drive 350 miles tomorrow. I dreamt about being on an island and there was some sort of event going on, and it was really important apparently to setup a bunch of confidence monitors on top of a ferris wheel, but the ferris wheel was broken (??) and the only way to reach the top was to ride on one of the cabins with the cables in your hand and have someone rotate the wheel manually from the ground (???) After reaching the top and wiring everything up, we went down and the show started (which I don't recall what it was about, I think there were salesmen involved) - at some point, I hear peoole yelling that the screens on top of the ferris wheel stopped working, so I climbed hastily (not even sure how) to see why that is. On top of the last cabin where the screens were I find @fennecfoxx with the disconnected wiring loom in their hand looking mad at me. I try to ask why did they unplug the screens but I can't speak a word to them for some reason. The last part of the dream was me trying to explain the problem to the clients but they didn't care, that's when I woke up out of frustration and discovered I only slept like, an hour and half. Much like the dream from last week:
  9. Sucks people have such trouble with sleep schedules. Thanks for the info. 😊 We'll figure it out. IDK if we're even going to do animation, so I'm not too worried about it.
  10. Time to bring this back
  11. Today
  12. you're right, it wasn't my intention to drink that way T_T you could technically, though i think if you are going to do it that way, there might be better programs for that. i think opentoonz is intended to be able to make animations with imported images but idk how it works very much. or some video editing software maybe. or maybe krita would be but, not sure
  13. It seems like I can't reset my sleep schedule in one day anymore, no matter how hard we try to keep to the new (waking up with the sun...) time we just can't sleep through the night So I guess we have to do it over several days by just staying up later "naturally", unsure on what range is ""allowed"" yet but I imagine up to like +4 hours at least
  14. Fun, I tried to go to sleep at a proper time so that I could fix my sleep schedule and drive safely tomorrow But I woke up barely an hour lately after dreaming about a certain someone Thank you *redacted*, very cool!
  15. Thanks. 😊 I wonder if we can make several image and then put them into Krita on the computer or something like that. Sounds like a nice game. πŸ˜„ That sounds impressive and uncomfortable.
  16. Not intended method of drinking
  17. i took a drink of milk, and i think a drop splashed perfectly in my tearduct and went down into my nose
  18. Technically it's picross @Breloomancer My guesses were Skuld, Ava or new character in descending order, but Damo's convinced me it's Ava lol, makes more sense that she'd know what's going on there than Skuld as well I sure as heck just assumed masked guy was Yozora though, I never would've connected him with the masked guy with no lines in Dark Road
  19. googling it, i guess it does seem marketed for drawing or photo editing. i didn't know samsung made tablets marketed that way, or like my brain thinks of them as making tablets as in their version of ipads. that's cool you got one like that that can be mobile. i dont think i could give specific program related advice but maybe general advice when it comes to digital art maybe i feel like it wasn't common in the past that a program meant for making digital art would be combined with an animation program. usually they'd be separate things (or tb was just unaware lol), but all i know is krita and CSP so far (maybe photoshop idk). CSP can be used on a tablet but it requires a subscription no grams here, good job
  20. It is a galaxy tab s10 lite. Our mom bought it for us because she believes it is covered by the school grants since it's a drawing tablet or something like that. (As in, it is hardwear for school work.) Kinda disappointing to think about for modern times. Have fun! 😊 Oh! Lol! I didn't realize that either.
  21. are there yesyesgram games? (inb4 the answer is "nono") have fun not gramming very delayed amusement when i just now realized you may have made this post in context that you have not had power for a while and a phone you can't use much because of conserving power outage in 2026 and now we're back in 10,000 BCE. or able to have insights on the people from then lol
  22. My friend found a nonograms game on Retroachievements, Oekaki Puzzle, with... 500 puzzles lol Guess I'll be doing that for a while
  23. i think they can be pretty good. it can be sorta nice you can look forward instead of down, almost like having an easle except it is your monitor it can be awkward at first, but weirdly when my host got a display tablet for the first time, they were disappointed to learn it doesn't actually feel like drawing on paper. it also didn't feel like drawing on a tablet. it felt like having to relearn how to draw for the 3rd time lol. though it is pretty awesome being able to draw on one screen and have references on another one that makes a ton of sense actually ik if there was no society or internet, visualizing and meditating would be a big bulk of what we do probably it's pretty cool what someone can do with the mind, but most people don't realize it nowadays
  24. you know, with early anatomically modern humans, before they had invented writing, there really wasn't a lot to do. once you've hunted or gathered all you needed, and you've made your Nth spear head, what did they do with their free time? of course, they probably gossiped about who made better spear heads and whatever, and they probably had physical games like some pre-historic variation on tag or hide and seek. but what is the introverted early anatomically modern human to do but practice the mental arts? i bet that back then tons of people had godlike visualization abilities and were expert meditators, and had tulpas, and could impose, and it was just normal, because there weren't many other things that people could do to occupy themselves. but as society became more complex, that sort of thing became more rare, and by the time people started writing, the practice had died off. early anatomically modern humans would probably laugh at modern so-called "experts"
  25. My name is Jason and I am a psychology professor that is a beginning filmmaker. Tulpamancy is something I’m very interested in and I am currently developing a short documentary about people who have lost a tulpa. While most coverage of tulpas focuses on the creation process and I want to make something about the other end. I am interested in the loss itself. Was there grief? What is the adjustment process after getting rid of the tulpa? Was it lonely? If it was possible, did you bring the tulpa back? Was the tulpa changed by the process? Were you able to discuss this process with anyone not involved in tulpamancy? What was their reaction? There are so many interesting questions around this topic. A few things this film is not. It is not a how-to guide. I will not ask how to end a tulpa, and I will not include anything that reads as instructions. It will not mock anyone and will not even approach the topic of if tulpas are β€œreal”. This film will stay on the experience of the host. I will never β€œshow” the tulpa. There will be no animation scenes and no actor speaking for a tulpa. The film is built around the absence of a tulpa and will simply be a person talking about someone the camera cannot see. Who I am hoping to talk with: 1) Adults, eighteen or older. 2) People who are well past a loss and who feel able to reflect on it. 3) For in person interviews, located in TX, LA, AR, MS, TN, MO, OK, KS. 4) Outside of these states, recorded online discussions would be considered. If this is something you might consider, please reach me privately at jason@scotophobinproductions.com Thanks for your consideration!
