sounds epic. i'd love to hear you explain something like that that you like so much. also interesting, rotoscoping isn't common. it usually can make animations sort of uncanny so typically isn't used except when intentionally wanting it to be that way from artistic intent, if i understand it correctly that would be hilarious and epic XD also i think arale's taunt in BT3 is to do her thing where she pokes poop with a stick mitski tried searching for a post byakko made where we thought she actually made a theoretical sparking series style moveset that she thought might fit her abilities from her character sheet, but we can't find it (we can never find anything really that we search for) if you mean a mod of her in a game though, i suppose it depends on the game. unless my information is out dated, modding DB FighterZ is just a model change usually, so you are still playing as one of the characters, just looking different. in that sort of case, she would be GT goku, since they would have accurate hitboxes, and he uses the power pole in that game, which she has a similar staff to that. i think BT3 mods (maybe sparking 0 also, unsure) has more freedom to mess with the moves a character has. to tl;dr, she may have a mixture of hand to hand and staff attacks she could do. because she is so small, she also likes to launch herself at people to attack them harder, like her cannonball drop kick where she running jumps at you in front flips super fast that releases a drop kick from the running and spinning momentum. she also is good at kiai (ki shout, so a high spirit shout that can send someone flying or nullify an attack). in her story, her master also taught her an attack that is a beam that starts small but rapidly grows in size, so it's funny to see someone so tiny fire an attack that just dwarfs her and probably her target spent like over 30 minutes trying to figure out a way to show you a comparison of a scene, but i don't know how to upload a large file i screen capture with sharex to a place i could share a link, and if i uploaded it to tulpa.info in a post lumi would probably be upset, so i don't really know what to do. very frustrating google drive makes no sense to me and sucks so i got sick of dealing with it, and idk how dropbox works really either, and also it always ends up being like a computer virus to have as it makes any computer we have unable to not spontaneously awake from sleep mode on any computer it is installed on, even if we close it. also, i don't trust uploading it to youtube, even privately, as it will certainly have its AI tag it as copyrighted media and secretly tamper with it, if it let's it go up at all, and anything already uploaded to youtube will be of awful quality and uncontrolled length, so i don't find it worth even linking to try and just have a direct authentic comparison yeah lol, i remember that. i think the ocean dub release did that, which was first to air DBZ on tv in america. maybe a version of funimation also did, i'm not sure. in the ocean dub, they would change the dialogue so incredibly much it was comical. any reference to death or people dying would be removed quite literally, when nappa and vegeta first arrive to earth in their attack ball ships, they crash through a building before making craters in an intersection of a city. when they get out of the ship, they added dialogue of vegeta saying "too bad it's sunday, or those buildings would have been filled with people" when nappa destroys the entire city with a massive energy attack, they change his dialogue to say "this whole area may have been evacuated, but at least it will give them something to think about" ???????? XD like what?? they literally were surrounded by confused humans staring at them in fear, not knowing what they were when other characters see news reports of the event on TV, in the ocean dub, the news anchor says "east city was destroyed by unknown means, but luckily the area was abandoned at the time." he also has randomly made up speculation that scientists believe the blast could have been caused by a multi-dimensional shift in japanese, everything about the news report is entirely different. the news anchor says that the cause of the large scale earthquake is currently unknown, but that all communications to east city have been cut off, which is where they believe the epicenter of the event was. he also mentions that the safety of the residents of the city are in doubt later on, when the battle between the z fighters and the saiyans is taking place in the middle of the break wasteland, a news helicopter begins approaching the battle probably because the fight is so titanic that humans know something strange is occurring over there. nappa vaporizes the helicopter though, clearly instantly killing everyone that was on it, but in the ocean dub, they make up dialogue for tien to say "hey! i can see their parachutes! they're okay!" -literally 0 parachutes on screen, nor any evidence anything possibly survived that helicopter exploding lol- if an important character dies, they still can't admit they died, and will say they were sent to another dimension still having mitski front, but i didn't want to go without replying. sorry i didn't figure out how to send clips. we can stream basically any DB content you may want to see, though. we have high quality versions of essentially every mainline series and movie and OVA, most of them with both japanese dubs and multiple english dubs, and multiple scores for the ones that have those.

very late of me but i found it funny enough to want to reply pretty canonical dream xD this neighborhood is filled with so many cats and they've found mysterious ways to sneak in before. and we do live on the second floor. the only inaccuracy is that the holes are in the ceiling xD to make my post not off topic, i'll rehash a tulpa related dream or two mentioned in lotpw long ago already 1) a dream i had where i went to sleep while daydreaming(or nightlayinginbeddreamingbutnotyetsleep) of exploring a liminal space with her. this was by the time i had chosen to be represented a lot more nerfed than i normally would be (we like having a consistent logic of what we can do). she had some bigger guns and i had a short chiappa rhino revolver or two. as we drifted off physically while doing this, it transitioned into a vivid, actual dream. the place was really abandoned, i think before i said it was an abandoned mall, and it might have been, but in retrospect it also had in places the qualities of at least what I think an airport might look like. i remember it having white tile floors and walls, and was a massive extremely wide hallway and super tall ceiling, which is why i think/thought it was a mall as that is the qualities we associate with malls. there were also what looked like empty reception desks in places, and maybe glass doors to other places, but we stayed mostly in the big hallway, which also was constantly slowly turning like it was built to be a massive circle. dream felt very long, but most of it was wondering, though i remember a monster encounter of a creepy brown not humanoid something that seemed not friendly, so bang bang. i got to feel like a little turret on top of luni to make her life easier since i think she had a double barrelled shotgun, which by design would need reloaded frequently, so i help give her time to do that and can look behind her if needed 1.5) idk if i mentioned a similar dream happened not long later, that took place in a swamp. but i don't think we ran into anything and it felt shorter, or i forgot most of it 2) extremely ancient dream, that tb had back when the system was only tb and rena. tb dreamed they were character rena's little brother jacky, and they were stuck inside some precarious mountain in the middle of nowhere. like a hollowed out one i think, and so it was dark and scary, but rena came and saved him, and they felt so loved and thankful. i think this happened not long after Ido's advice of remembering nightmares but changing the memory to involve your tulpa helping you or making the problem go away. that worked pretty fast for tb, and increased tulpa related dreams and decreased problematic nightmares 3) before mitski existed, tb had many dreams as kyouiko (tb's oc, and where mitski comes from). now mitski gets to dream as being herself at times. she usually has ninja skills when they happened. one she can remember quickly is there being some zombie apocalypse, so she sort of made a living by trading her service of protection or escorting people for food or resources in return 4) rena doesn't as commonly dream, but when she does it seems more like astral projection, because it's usually her getting out of our irl bed and her leaving the house or apartment, and is impossibly vivid. she then likes to use her astroboy-esque rocket feet to have flying dreams. it's interesting because it is different from normal flying dreams, because it's harder to control. like dreams where i can fly, i can move like a UFO however i want. but when she has a flying dream, she has to worry about momentum and pointing her feet in the right direction, and sometimes even running out of fuel 5) a dream as myself in tb--my host's old home, except i was physically and mentally basically a 2 year old, but in the earlier part of the dream i still had memories of my past life being a tulpa in this life, sort of like how in this life i sometimes feel like i have memories of my previous life in the world my character comes from. i couldn't talk or sound like i do and was more clumsy and had no powers. but in what is normally tb's room of that house was a girl who looked like a fusion of mitski and luni who looked like an older teenager, and even though i didn't know exactly who she was, i felt a strong intuitive sense she was my family and i loved her. she was on the computer but iirc i think i also knew about rena and i wanted to see her too, so i tried communicating for her to take us to go see rena, so she picked me up and carried me to the car and put me in the carseat in the back, and we started going. as the dream was going on, i felt something like an ego death occurring where my past life as a tulpa here was fading, and the past past life of being a z fighter was cooked, but i felt totally okay with that and like i was right where i should be, because i wouldn't have to miss my friends since they were still in my life, even if now in separate bodies and maybe not even the same names ok that last one has me getting emotional. i typed all that just so i could acknowledge i laughed at fennecfoxx's dream T_T there are many more tulpa/character dreams but maybe another time

Nah, was just thinking of my old keyboard that had a headphone jack, but it was also too big to fit in a car easily

the problem is that the keyboard i've been using is too large to take with me. unless you mean like using a computer keyboard as a midi controller, which i might try, but idk how good of a substitute it will be

Welcome! No worries, no wrong way to introduce yourself. It can be a big decision. I think it is good that you've been patient and given it a lot of consideration. It's deeply personal, so I can't tell you one way or another. There are/have been a lot of headmates/tulpas of mixed origins beyond just deliberate creation from scratch, so that's fine too. I hope you find your experience here to be positive!

what i have written down for my arrangement of "dearly beloved" so far. this is the kairi focused portion of the piece; in later parts, i plan to incorporate the other characters more i'm pretty happy with what i have so far. you can see that in a lot of places the bass line is blank. when i actually play it, it has a baseline, but i've left it blank for now on the sheet music because i still haven't finalized my decision on what it should be. i want to find something that i am fully satisfied with there before moving on to the next section. although i'm going to be away from a keyboard or piano for the next week, so i won't be able to test out different ways of doing it, but i'm definitely going to be thinking about it at least
