TheGuyWithTheGlasses October 24, 2013 Share October 24, 2013 So, I was tulpaforcing open eyed the other day, "spinning" my tulpa around in my mind. (She's on a black background for those who care.) My tulpa spins faster and becomes more vivid, I stop a second to see what's going on outside (A Bloods gang member ((http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloods )) was getting chased by a BUNCH OF cops.), then I suddenly get head nausea, head pressure, and stomach ache. Horatio October 24, 2013 Share October 24, 2013 I think it's possible that your tulpa was scared. I can't think of any other reason. Either that, or you're just exhausted for tulpaforcing for an hour. ^_^ One Tulpa: Name: Yuki Physical appearance: Similar to Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist Date of Creation: 16th September, 2013

Recently, I saw her looking at me smiling at me downstairs at my house and just disappeared after I blinked. I like how her cheeks puffed up a bit when she smiled. That's pretty cool. :D I guess you could try asking her, if she's vocal and/or can communicate in more than yes/no. :P There's no guarantee the tulpa will know either, however. It's most likely that you were tulpaforcing for a bit longer than you could manage, but that won't have any adverse effects on your tulpa, and no effects on you, 'cept for the stuff that happened. ^_^ One Tulpa: Name: Yuki Physical appearance: Similar to Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist Date of Creation: 16th September, 2013

Horatio October 24, 2013 Share October 24, 2013 Well, how can I get her to stop being scared of the real world? Hmm. I don't know. As my siggy says, I've only had my tulpa for a little over a month. I'm not an expert. You could try telling her that it's really nothing to worry about and she shouldn't get so giddy. I suppose that you could go out a bit more and force while going and doing stuff in the real world. I don't know. Perhaps create a wonderland type thing which is identical to the world around you, and put her in it with you or something. I hope someone more experienced in tulpamancing will come over here and help you. These are just ideas that cropped up. :P One Tulpa: Name: Yuki Physical appearance: Similar to Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist Date of Creation: 16th September, 2013

Next to me? Or a random place?
Ashmo October 24, 2013 Share October 24, 2013 It happens to me with too much forcing. Other members have said that passive forcing brings on those symptoms more than active, which I have found true for myself as well. But open eye forcing, even though it's a form of active, might be being seen as forcing to your mind. I was able to push through the symptoms, and if you drink a large glass of orange juice, or as Nobillis will nodoubtly suggest, eat barley sugars, about a half hour before you plan to force, it greatly reduces the side effects.
