Fenrir July 18, 2012 July 18, 2012 Ok soo day 1 Already done research these past few weeks and thought I should make a start. I began by trying to visualise an orb from which to work with. This didn't work much for me at this point (I'm sure practice will yield more results) so I use feeling.. A warm sensation between my hands. I have composed a list and simular to the main blog I have catagorised the. I have not used the big 5 personality factors however as I could nt easily catagorise using them. I have then made points to which each trait should be asked ...why does each trait exist, how does the tulpa feel about the trait etc. From this I mainly am trying to work on the orb itself as I can't use a trait such as loyalty and remember all the questions... Which i feel doing it with my eyes open so I can remember would be very counter productive .. Feel free to give advice at this stage lol....not the best of starts I must say

Fenrir July 18, 2012 Author July 18, 2012 I think I may be broken lol... It's not working for me atm... The idea however I will try several more times..It seems simular to a technique used by betty erikson and so I'm going to try and use it in conjunction with that ..thank you for the advice

Let me just paste a short self-written guide on trancing: sit down on something very comfortable (e.g. your bed, I hope), put on a tone of mine (e.g. Tulpatone), and breathe slowly and relaxed, focusing only on how it feels like as the air enters and exits your nose and lungs. After 5 or 10 minutes, you should feel very relaxed. You can then quietly begin to visualize/parrot your tupper or whatever you'd feel like. Just don't talk out loud or just about anything else that will make you more consciously aware of your surroundings. That'll break the trance, and will require that you spend time refocusing. Luck to you on your forcing. Note that trancing is just one of many deep-focus forcing methods.
Fenrir July 19, 2012 Author July 19, 2012 Day 2 Tried new relaxation techniques today as well as fede's tones... Found the top one to be the best one.. The others kinda just distracted me ... Not sure if I was visualising or just dreaming... Wasn't focusing on anything in particularly just felt like I was dreaming...must have fallen asleep...sigh... Interesting to mention that since I started researching this a few weeks back I've been dreaming a lot more ...should probably say I have been dreaming more vividly and remembering them..strange Started to read a book on self hypnotism (a subject my dad was very much interested in but other than books he's not being much help) For whoever is interested the books called 'self hypnosis' and is by Valerie Austin ... Got some good concepts in it and some links back to the Betty Ericsson method of the 3 main senses (sight, sound and touch).

Fenrir August 2, 2012 Author August 2, 2012 Ive managed a few times to get a state of visualisation however it's defiantly lucid dreaming ....it's just so easy in that state lol ATM I can not visualise at all without being in that state so creating an image in my minds eye is the issue, done martial arts for 16 years so no issues with concentration I'm not sure if this makes sense but if I was told to imagine Something I could tell you the entire route from where I am to another location or what a place looks like etc. to the details of what order the knives are in the knife block....but I can't see it, it's a matter of just knowing....I don't know if due to the martial arts that means I'm more doing (touch) oriented and so know what it is without seeing it? I was trying to use a wonderland (a place that I took the dog for a walk for years and went a lot as a child) its a field with a pond, 1 big tree and long flowing golden grass the height of your knee surrounded by hedgerows of blackberries and blueberries (I could navigate this place with my eyes closed walking backwards). However I know it's there and can imagine myself walking through it. But knowing is all I can get... No sensations sounds or visual Tried today to use a blindfold and some relaxing music... Helped when knowing but still no further!,, still a 1 on that scale lol
