NoteFoust February 18, 2016 February 18, 2016 ok so its 11:16 pm for me and im doing this until i fall asleep. my tulpa is named matt but can choose his gender and or change his name. or thats how i imagine him. i havent done much with him, i was just introduced this idea by my pal sickasfrick , and so im working on it, he is currently a caucasian male around my age, yet taller than me. his personality is imagined as caring, nice, friendly, and basically someone who i can lean on when my friends are absent or away.

What was your reasoning for starting on it after your friend introduced you to the concept? long term ideas would just be having a friend who wont irritate me and is, quite literally, always there, and carrying that through to however long i fufill this idea. my reasoning is because, my friends really are hardly there for me and are somewhat irritating (exception of sickasfrick<3) and so my tulpa could ideally help
NoteFoust February 19, 2016 Author February 19, 2016 so its 1:45 and im doing this until sleep. for some reason its taking everything out of me to get what matt looks like and sounds like. but i have the idea of his presence down. its kinda like a ghost that i can think to. maybe its because i used to practice things like this with meditation. idk. anyways, i thought this was intruiging.
NoteFoust February 21, 2016 Author February 21, 2016 11:23 and working til sleep. i have decided to work from his shoes up. he has scuffed black converse, with messy laces. i have a bit more to go, but i want to sleep seeing as hebis part of my consciense and i want him to be healthy
