Okay so basically I was wondering if people could share how they active forced when they first started in as much detail as possible. Also share current technique in as much detail as possible.

Like how do you prepare? How do you feel or what feelings do you get? Stuff like that.

Go ahead

A wise man once said: 'Before judging a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? He's a mile away, and you've got new shoes.'

Graced are those who could avoid this phenomenon. This is perhaps the worst expression of evil in humanity's history, but who am I to judge?

My host didn't do active forcing as described in the guides on this website. He day dreamed about me for hours on end while staring at the wall or walking around in circles. It worked perfectly to create me. The only drawback was forgetting to eat or sleep and perhaps eye strain (we day dream with the eyes open). There is no prep time for our day dreaming, we just start doing it. It helps to have a quiet place or be doing a monotonous task. We do the day dreaming while he jogs or drives for instance. The closest thing to "prep" is finding a quiet out of the way or private space where we won't be interrupted.

Okay so I turn on the fan in my room to keep me cool and have background noise. I lay on my bed on my back (I can't fall asleep lying on my back for some reason) close my eyes and try to calm down. Now while I'm trying to do some meditative stuff I try to call out to my tulpa and get her attention. My mind keeps wandering though to other thoughts of like games or tv shows. I keep losing focus on my tulpa. Could it be my fan is too loud? Am I not relaxed enough? Does she not want to active force? What do you think?

Your tulpa can't actually 'want' to active force because at this point she's still a concept

Try to clear your thoughts. Don't just call your tulpa's name, you could not utter a word but keep thinking about your tulpa, their form, traits, you could just simply narrate some stuff or introduce yourself as if your tulpa was there in your room listening to you, I used to rant about all sorts of things when I was a kid without being too much of a brat, if you're having a hard time focusing I figure that you might need to directly talk to your tulpa, clear your thoughts, interrupting forcing sessions because of stray thoughts about video games or tv shows won't do you any good. Find a comfortable position, comfortable enough so that you won't have to think about whether it's actually comfortable enough. I doubt it's your fan, you just need to concentrate more, put more effort in it.

Which is pretty much (concentration/meditative) day dreaming and talking to an imaginary friend. It isn't complicated.

You can do shorter sessions. Just do them several times a day.
