I don't know if this could help you, but I don't focus on my Tulpa first, when forcing. I set up the background, first, focusing on the scenery, the sounds of any animals in the scenery, what time of day it is, whether it's raining or snowing, or anything. I've changed it around actively quite a few times, but I find setting up that scene first really helps me keep focus on my Tulpa for the force session.

Go to passive forcing more to augment your active forcing.
