I figure the best way to keep up with my Tulpa-forcing is to make myself write it down! I'm on day number three as I start this, so I'll put brief descriptions of the last two.

Day One - Feb. 25, 2016

Read a lot of guides on beginning the process, then began the tulpa-forcing process with 'personality'. I found that I couldn't focus on each facet and it was hard to describe each trait in relation to the tulpa for more than a minute. After 30 or so minutes I couldn't focus on my words, despite speaking them aloud in an effort to focus. I decided to give myself a small break and just try narration, then go back and use a 'box' method. I wrote them all down and cut them out, then held them and imagined putting them in a box for the tulpa. It seemed to stick in my mind better. After 30 more minutes my head was aching slightly so I decided to call it a night.

No reaction from the tulpa.

Day Two - Feb. 26, 2016

Tried narration all day, as often as I thought about it. Luckily I talk to myself anyway, so no one thought it was odd when I'd say what I was doing aloud. I sat down at about six pm and tried actively forcing with the box method again. I managed nearly an hour before my head felt achey again. I got through about 10 more personality traits and managed to talk them out a bit to the tulpa. After that I laid down and read aloud to the tulpa.

No reaction that night either. I'm wondering if there's another method that might come more naturally to me?

Day Three - Feb. 27, 2016

Narration as often as possible, and leisure thinking about personality traits I've already gone through. It seemed my mind was settling on bleach blonde hair with green eyes, no definable gender, but it seems to have somehow become light blue/grey eyes, and the tulpa feels more... masculine. I don't know if it's the tulpa deviating, or me just changing my mind. also got an urge to roll my eyes at a joke my mom made, which usually makes me laugh. Probably wishful thinking. I'm reading more guides.

Active forcing to be added.

Considering that making a tulpa is something that takes a lot of hard work and dedication, it's unlikely that you'll be getting responses so soon unless you've already made one. Don't let the lack of reactions discourage you, and enjoy the journey. With the appearance, both explanations for the change are plausible.

If you're having a hard time explaining the traits to your tulpa, check out this page. FAQ's template has a lot of questions that could give you a better understanding of each trait.

Thank you, I won't let the lack of responses get me down! That seems like it might be way easier for me, for sure. I'll probably try that next time. C:
