TheShadowKnight134 March 11, 2016 March 11, 2016 Okay so every now and then I get into a mood where I just don't want to deal with anyone for a day. Is it okay for me to take breaks from my tulpa? Especially on such days? I feel like forcing on those days may do more harm then good.

Raetin March 11, 2016 March 11, 2016 It's alright to take breaks. People do that with each other all the time. A host/tulpa is no exception. Just be sure to tell your tulpa before hand, so you don't leave it hanging. I have 10 tulpas, but I'm only actively working on Reah, my first tulpa currently. Progress Report
