My first Tulpa

Hey well I guess I'm going to start making a Tulpa I started about three days ago and her names Summer

 

Age:14

Gender:Female

I envision her as a anime girl with blond brownish hair and she has green eyes and pale skin

So far I have no problems with visualization and have already created a wonderland which is a log house near a field with a river and forest behind it

 

The personalities I have given her are

Kind

Gentle

Observant

Considerate

Loving

Short temper

Blushes a lot

Loves being complimented

Intelligent

Resourceful

Can be childish when she choses

Or responsible and adult like when she choses

Is afraid of the dark when alone

Likes spicy food and Chinese

 

Well all I can do is hope and work hard while also having fun of course if you guys have any tips for me that would be great

"Is afraid of the dark when alone" and "likes spicy food and Chinese" are truly the best personalities. It doesn't seem like anything aside from your age is concerning at the moment; keep in mind that this is a very serious thing to go through with and that it'll likely last for a long time. As long as you've done your research and feel like you're mature enough to start this, however, it should be fine. I don't have any questions, but I'll check in on this one. Good luck.

I have decided that I will post weekly updates unless something happens so far nothing really spectacular has happened but I do believe that I felt head pressure and asked summer if that was her and said left for yes and right for no I think I felt it on the left but it felt so faint that I don't know if I was imagining it but yeah. And I have finished focusing on personality And will be starting to focus on visualization but I all do a little personality every once in a while.

So far nothing groundbreaking has happened yet but I have gotten better at visualizing summer and have been studying a little more on tulpas but that is about it
