Waterose56 May 9, 2016 May 9, 2016 Hai, I've had a look around and found similar topics to this question but not the exact answer I'm looking for. Say I visioned me and my tulpa doing something like pretending to be spies or fighting off a dragon, are we actually doing it in wonderland so my tulpa is being affected or is it just me daydreaming? Thank your for any help you guise can give me :3
NoneFromHell May 9, 2016 May 9, 2016 Both, kind of. Every visualized landscape can fit as a wonderland to some degree, so it really depends on what exactly you're doing. If you imagine a scenario like this and control the actions and reactions of your tulpa, it is of course not really your tulpa interacting with you. However, this may help to develop your tulpa, but you will have a more difficult time to tell if it was really your tulpa doing something. It is controversial. (Look up parroting and puppeting). If you don't puppet or parrot your tulpa during these sessions, you might get more genuine responses sooner or later. You could argue that these daydreaming activities are legit interactions with your tulpa, but during early development you should reflect about it. You should have in mind that you may just make things up on the spot, but it doesn't really hurt to assume that your tulpa did something, as long as you don't settle on it too much. Temar May 10, 2016 May 10, 2016 Could be either, or on a spectrum anywhere in between. We can't give you a yes or no answer on this, because everyone is different. The main question, for my system, is whether the tulpa is present in the daydream. Not just in a "you can see them standing there" way... but can they sense themselves standing there? Is their sense of self or essence actually there, and if so, how much control do they have over what's going on? If the tulpa is present and actively engaging with you, then the rest of the question about whether it's a wonderland or daydream doesn't matter... the point is that the two of you are experiencing it together, and that's the important thing. ~ Member of SparrowNR's system ~ ~ I am a soulbond.
