enemihnea August 16, 2016 August 16, 2016 Hello, yesterday I decided to work on my tulpa .I based her on a character because I have practically zero imagination so it would be easier to visualize her. I am curently reading a few tutorials on visualisation and I also wrote down her fizical and pshyhical traits because I read somewhere that It helps. But I cannot see anything even with my eye closed ,even less with them open so my question is, what am I supossed to do while passive forcing ? I tied a string to my wrist ,so I am always thinking of her but is this enough ? Do you think I have any chance of creating a tulpa with my absolute lack of imagination and, if so, what tips would you give me ? Sorry for the bad english and thank you in advance .
Vos August 16, 2016 August 16, 2016 You're not lacking an imagination just because you weren't able to come up with a form for your tulpa. If you're under the impression that you're supposed to actually see something in the darkness that is the back of your eyelids, you're doing it wrong. If someone mentions a red apple and that comes to mind, you're visualizing (or imagining) it, and that's all there really is to visualization. You can improve your visualization with different exercises, and some of those can be found here. Passive forcing is when you interact with your tulpa while not solely focusing on them. Narration, open-eyed visualization, and just keeping their presence in mind would count, I believe, so what you're doing is okay, but talking to them while you're doing other things is preferable.
