Short Story Ideas

I'm going to try to possess to write short stories. Thing is, I have absolutely no ideas yet.

 

So! Throw any ideas you have at me. Ideas for plots, characters, all that. I prefer fantasy and sci-fi.

 

If you just give me a character and specify what they're like (species, personality, etc.), I could probably come up with something.

 

I don't know how long the stories will be. Probably a few chapters at most, 2000 words at least.

 

When I actually complete a story I'll probably make a thread for them so you peeps can see.

Okay, here's one that I had. "when two worlds collide" Two planets are out of phase with each other. But they are going to pass through. One is a world of high fantasy, and one is a cybertech paradise.

 

Only, the intersection of the worlds causes massive earthquakes and stuff like that. And some people interact or something.
