Kadoh August 5, 2012 August 5, 2012 I'm curious about this, and I want something to try with my tulpa. Ok, so I believe (to a certain extent) telepathy/Telekinesis. I do not, however, believe in "praying beings into existence" E.G egregors & Godforms. I don't want to do any witchcraft crap, only things capable psychologically. If you asked me two weeks ago about tulpa, I wouldn't have believed so much. But now, having had it piqué my interest, I lurked on it, & here I am, making mein own über tulpa Shin. Anyway, is this possible in any way? I have a friend who claims he can move a spiwheel, and that he gets weird, alien feelings when doing it. A tulpa could help with that. Also, I imagine being in class, and extending a grey thought beam from myself & Shin & connecting everyone so they can see him, just for shits & giggles. Tl;dr, is Telekinises/telepathy possible mentally? I'm sorry Fede don't be mad at me for this post My opinions are all subject to change.
QB2 August 5, 2012 August 5, 2012 Many would say that the way telepathy exists is through "reading the body to read the mind"; picking up on all the right cues they're subconsciously indicating through their stance, twitches, expression, etc. And many would also say that a tulpa can help you with that sort of thing. Makes sense. QB's noticing stuff I don't notice all the time. Not really to such a degree, but it's not a massive stretch, for someone already proficient at such things. I don't know much about the purely metaphysical approach to it, though. Aaand traditional 'telekinesis' is wires and lighting, I think it's pretty safe to say. Over at Wizard Forums I wrote a whole article on Ch'i and the Ch'i Spinner, and scientific parallels. it's good too impress people but not really practical. About the "witchcraft crap": Not all of it is fake, you know. I, myself, have written countless scientific theories with scientific proof [for the most part] pertaining to the occult, astral projection 'witchcraft crap', ghosts, everything. Remember, tulpae is still "witchcraft crap", now it may have science backing it up, but so does a lot of occult methods, like meditation and yoga [and now lucid dreaming]. I am interested in Astral projection, I'm going to get my friend AlphaAndOmega over once we have sentient tulpa and try to connect via lucid dreaming. When I say "Witchcraft crap" understand that I mean, I don't want to draw a pentagram, chant spells, engrave a 666 on my forehead and summon Cthulu via the Necronomicon. My opinions are all subject to change.
