Alexis-Bell October 30, 2017 October 30, 2017 Is it possible for a sentient servitor who became a Tulpa to still act like a servitor? Basically a Tulpa carrying out servitor roles. If my Tulpa agreed to take on the role of protecting or changing the scenery in wonderland like a servitor, wouldn't it take away their time from actually having their own will or free time to be with the host? Wouldn't it be better to just have a seperate servitor to do these things? Sorry if this is confusing. :)
RaveCrazedDave October 30, 2017 October 30, 2017 Yes, and you should also have a servitor to feel and tell you how they feel, one to be a walking body so you can play football with them, oh, and don't ever let your tulpa eat chocolate *shudders* that's best handled by a servitor as well. People need to stop obsessing over servitors. Your tulpa will be fine if you don't make a big deal out of it. They clearly just want to protect and have influence over the wonderland, why does that have to automatically be a servitor thing? Is this a social commentary on the army or something?
tulpa001 October 31, 2017 October 31, 2017 Possibly, the wonderland can be classified as a servitor. A wonderland is a persistent entity that takes the form of an imaginary space, a type of thoughtform. It is not sentient usually. Edit: To the original question: everyone has responsibilities. This leads to a philosophical discussion as to whether people should have responsibilities, or if they stop existing when they are working. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
Solune November 5, 2017 November 5, 2017 To have purpose is to be separate. There must be a separation between the one seeking to fulfill a purpose and the purpose itself. Separation is the foundation upon which the concept of self is built. You may perceive duty/obligation/programming/biological imperatives (whatever you want to call them) as negative things- and that is because you see them as antithetical to freedom. But that kind of freedom is an illusion. We will be compelled to seek so long as we are separate. It is the price we pay for self. Or, as Little One might say, "Rules are important because they make the Game what it is." "For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love." - Carl Sagan Host: SubCon | Tulpas: Sol, Luna, Alice, Little One, Beast and Solune (me) | Servitors: Odonata, Guardian
