Mr.Bubbles August 12, 2012 August 12, 2012 I need help clearing my mind, i dont know if im mentally exuasted from tulpaforceing or something, but when i try to tulpaforce, i cant concentrate and my minds running wild with everything but my tulpa. and im having trouble visualizing, i wasnt having trouble anytime before. Are there any types of meditation you guys recommend? Solutions? thanks for any help you can give me.
Pronas August 12, 2012 August 12, 2012 A bunch of people disagree with me, but i think you just have to de-stress your imagination. take some time to just let it go wild with silly stuff. Also, being physically tired seems bad for focusing too, so try to rest a bit. if you have a picture a picture of your tulpa, it might make it easier to visualize them too.
Mr.Bubbles August 12, 2012 Author August 12, 2012 Thanks, i think ill give it a try, i only got an hour of tulpa forcing in today but really only got a good 10 minutes out of it because of all the other random thoughts running through my head. Yea and i think youre right, im gonna get some extra sleep and try again tomorrow.
Chupi August 12, 2012 August 12, 2012 Yeah, I started off with short sessions too. Part of it was learning to let go of worries and other random thoughts and just concentrate on the matter at hand. Mostly this came on its own with time. The rest was just screwing around until I found what worked for me. Try sitting/lying different ways, different places, things to listen to or just silence, light levels, etc., along with different ways to focus your mind. If you're sorta ADD, ADHD, or just feel hyper, try making a wonderland and letting your focus jump around from one thing to another there. Look at your tulpa's leg one moment, her head the next, and then randomly the bookcase across the room, behind her. Mr.Bubbles August 14, 2012 Author August 14, 2012 thanks, I still have to try some different methods to see what works best, i learned that i cant listen to music with lyrics because they seem to distract me because i end up singing along in my head.
