Mr.Bubbles August 12, 2012 August 12, 2012 alright, iv been working mostly on my tulpas personality now and i have all the traits down that i want for her (Kind, funny, intelligent,etc.) and how they will shape her personality, Im going to work more on visualization but i dont want to stop working on her personality, how should i go about this? thanks.

Kiahdaj August 12, 2012 August 12, 2012 There are several methods, such as simply talking to them, describing to THEM what they are like. Tell them how these traits effect them as a person, and what they do/say. You can also visualize them doing things that reflect their personality. There are visualization methods, such as where you create colorful orbs that represent your tulpa's traits, and merge them with its form. But I've come to realize, what you should do, is what you are most comfortable with. You can visualize anything you want, as long as it's symbolic, I would guess. You don't have to create your tulpa by the book. Be creative with it. Do whatever you think would suit it, or whatever you find the easiest, or most efficient for you. "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."
