How to post attachments

Looked on this section of the forums but there was no thread about it and I didn't find a fix in the help section. I posted on my thread and wanted to upload a picture of the tulpa personality chart I drew. However clicking modify post then add attachment just refreshes the edit post page, is it because I'm on my iphone?

Ok, after you upload it, click on "add attachment into post" or something like that, then just place it.

Or just upload the picture on imgur or anonmgur and post the direct image link, either as a link or using the image tag.
